The host was very responsive to my messages. The house was very clean and spacious upon arrival. My only small gripe is that the master bathroom sink water pressure was non-existent but it didn't negatively impact my stay or my overall opinion on the place. If you're planning on staying with a family, just know there are no TV's in the bedrooms so bring tablets, laptops or any screens to watch in bed. Not a huge deal since we had access to the wifi, but if you're traveling with kiddos and don't have any tablets or iPads, it's gonna be a bit tough. The kitchen had all necessary cooking items for meals and was able to make dinners instead of going out. It was easy to get onto the highways and had a Walmart nearby. Combined with the quietness of the neighborhood, it was worth the stay for our holiday trip.
