Spring break at Killington

Condo was great! We had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms were set up as pictured. Killington got over a foot of snow while we were there and the snow removal/plowing was on point. It seems like this unit isn’t available to rent anymore but we would definitely recommend staying at the Highridge community again!

Nice comfortable place

Very clean, everything in good working order. Numerous food staples were available (cooking oil, salt/pepper, some spices, tea bags, etc). I loved that they have aa Keurig coffee maker, as I like to bring my own Starbucks French Roast Keurig pods. Communication was very good with property mgmt company prior to arrival. There were many outdoor steps to go down get to our building, plus a few more once inside. Our unit backed to a dirt service road, so when we left, I drove the car on the service road to our unit's back door (located in the lower level master bedroom) and we lifted our suitcases and other items we were traveling with, over the railing, then into the car. MUCH easier than making several trips dragging everything up the stairs to the car. Wish we had brought everything in that way. This would not be possible with all of the units in the complex, but was with this unit. The location was a bit further from the main roads for what our visit was for... leaf peeping. I think the location is better for skiing. Overall, very nice accommodations

Disappointing

The property pictured is not the property I stay at. A month before I was scheduled to arrive, they changed my property to a lesser rental. This is the SECOND year in a row this has happened to me. It was a dump, no hot water until two days in, hot water not turned on, awful, old dirty couch. Stained rug. It feels a little like switch and bait.......I have used Vrbo for other states with positive experience but for whatever reason these properties at Killington our a problem.

Family friendly

Much better than expected. Pool area, changing rooms, outside hot tub much nice than photos. Beds comfortable, shower pressure great.

Wonderful Ski Vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were great and location perfect. Access and distance to slopes a plus. View of slopes from condo beautiful. Would highly recommend.

The condo was spacious for our family of four and offered Great view of Killington mountain. The layout of an upstairs and downstairs area worked very well for us. It is also conveniently 5-10 min from snow-shed depending on wether you are driving or busing . Being on the ground floor , you can hear other tenants walk around from the condo above. One night the noise from the above condo was a little too much, however this was not a problem the remainder of our stay. We would rebook here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. There were also a few spices and some oil which we appreciated. The paper products supplies were awful - scratchy and cheap - so bring your own if that is important. The beds were good and one of our party used the pull-out couch in the basement which was quite comfortable. The sauna is built for 2 and is a plus after skiing. Use the sports center hot tub - it was a fun time. This unit would be small for 6 adults, but there was enough seating and couches.

This unit is a lower unit - so you walk down to it, but it still had decent views of the mountain. Overall a good ski condo for a small family and close to the mountain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying here. The place was perfect. I loved that the separate bedroom and bathroom we're downstairs. We had 6 people, 2 families and it was perfect to have separate sleeping space. The unit was well equipped, comfortable and we were so pleased. We loved having the pool at the sports center and another added bonus was catching the shuttle to the mountain.
