Slow mornings on the back porch enjoying coffee and conversation, great location for day trips in surrounding areas, and then sitting around the fire pit in the evening roasting marshmallows. We appreciated all the little extras this house included to make our stay special.

What a wonderful experience our girls trip had and the home was a huge part of that success! The house was clean, kitchen fully stocked, I typically bring lots of things from my kitchen when we rent a home, and to my surprise I didn’t need anything I had packed as it was already available! If we ever travel back to that area again, will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was well thought out and decorated. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows and comfy blankets. We loved the bonus game room. We also had a fun time hanging out on the back deck which had spots for those who want to be in the sun and the shade. We would definitely stay here again!

This home has all the comforts of our own home! The kitchen is a chef’s dream, the beds/pillows/blankets are so amazing, and the family game room was a wonderful place to hang out as a family. The coffee bar was great too. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and an added surprise for our stay. The location was a perfect distance to all areas we had plans for. We loved staying at this home so much we booked it for our return visit in the summer! We highly recommend this home!

The home is spotless and very well appointed. It’s feels very homey and has wonderful bedding and throws with lots of pillows and plushies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Franklin. The owner was wonderful about communicating. The swimming pool area and the game room were wonderful as well and we loved the firpit!! All in all a great home!!!

Amazing!! I’m officially a vrbo customer for life because of our stay. Everything about this house was beautifully done from the game room to the cocktail bar. Giant fenced in backyard with a fire pit and smores for the kids as well. Tons of fur blankets which our girls loved to snuggle up in to watch movies on a cold November night. Also it's right next to Southall Farm & Inn which is a huge plus.

This place had everything and more! The game room and pool were absolutely fantastic, keeping both the kids and the adults fully entertained throughout our stay. The property delivers well above and beyond expectations, and it was clean with all amenity we could possibly need. The check in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and great to communicate with from start to finish. Exceptional!! We met with family to enjoy the 4th, pool and family time, there were 6 of us total (2 boys age 13 & 8). Despite the extreme heat, we were able to enjoy the pool, the fire pit, the beautiful covered deck and the music/game room.. My husband and I listened to the albums (great selection) reminiscing and laughing before my son-in-law played the guitar, something we rarely get to witness, due to the distance between us. This home has so many added touches and beautiful decor I can see why Girl’s Getaway or Bachelorette Parties have filled the guest book. Its proximity to Franklin and the quaint town of Leiper’s Fork gives the peace and calm of the country yet convenience. My communication with the owner was so easy and appreciated. Another note, the beds were comfortable and no complaints from the teenager who slept on the sleeper sofa - Beautiful Memories! Thank you!!!
