Beautiful spot for your getaway in Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes is the perfect location and Windsor Place is on the beach side, so you can easily soak up the sun! So grateful for our stay here!

Kitchen had everything we needed, host was responsive, the unit was so well located! Easy to access from parking lot, steps from the beach and pool! The beach locker had everything we needed! Corner unit was great because it was so quiet, never heard any noise from other units. We hope to come back again!

This location is perfect for walkers. Both beach and street were among the best we've experienced and early March weather amazing! A clean, quiet condo, comfortable bed, appliances all working- washer fine for small loads. Loved it!

Main problem was bugs - each night many would come out in kitchen on floor and countertops and sink. No resolution from us reporting it Thursday and supposedly pest control was coming Tuesday but we chose to leave early. Never had this experience in HHI for 26 years.

As soon as the issue was reported, we arranged for pest control service at the first available business-day appointment. While routine seasonal pest treatment had not yet been completed prior to your arrival, it has now been performed and the property continues to receive regular professional pest control service throughout the year. Fortunately, this is not typically an issue at the property, though occasional bugs can appear in warmer coastal climates such as Hilton Head Island. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that it impacted your vacation experience.

The picture of the condo was accurate. The view from the balcony was accurate. The problem was the condo should have never been listed in the condition it was in not seen in the pictures. HUGE PROBLEM, there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The condo looked like a quick flip to be used as a rental. Though the couches look good in the picture they are definitely worn out, the pots and pans and dishes utensils in the kitchen look like they came from a garage sale, nothing had a full identical set. I addressed the cockroaches to the owner, sent pictures and video. They did offer to come and spray the condo, but I’m on vacation and this should’ve never been posted to rent. They stated in their contract that there were some bugs that were to be expected, but when I asked the other residence in the complex, no one else had these issues. I am grateful that we did not travel with our friends this time. It would’ve been a total EMBARRASSMENT.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the stay didn't meet your expectations. For future guests: when the pest concern was raised, we immediately offered to send our professional pest control to the unit at a time of the guest's choosing. The guest declined that offer, and continued to escalate the matter rather than let us resolve it on site. Windsor Place is treated by a licensed service every month, and we completed additional treatments right after this report. We're in the Lowcountry, where some seasonal insect activity is normal, and this is disclosed in our listing. The unit is professionally cleaned between stays, has earned many five-star reviews, and we keep investing in it each season. We wish you all the best in your travels.

Great Birthday Weekend

Great location

There were only three of us in our group this time and we were only there for four days, so this property worked our great for what we needed.The location was great, right on the beach and also close to a lot of the shops and restaurants in the area. The pool and all the other amenities was also very nice.

The property was excellent!

It was a lovely setting. The door to the balcony needs a handle on the outside; it was almost impossible to open from the outside once you closed the door.

The condo was clean and roomy with nice furniture and provided plenty of kitchen cookware. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The condo overlooks the pool as described in the listing with a table on the balcony convenient for eating outside. Check in was easy and convenient. The garage made loading and unloading easy especially since it was raining. We’ve been coming to HHI for many years and this was the best location yet.

GREAT CHOICE

Excellent facilities, landscaping, very nice, excellent location. Had a little difficulty arriving because the Windsor Place signage was not clear, partially covered with foliage, especially at night.

Just Perfect!

The property was as advertised and perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and the sand was amazing. We definitely want to come back and visit again.
