The Space:

Be sure to bring your bathing suit so you can swim in the oceanfront pool, relax in the hot tub, and tan on the large deck at this resort complex. The pool area features a mushroom fountain and zero-entry pool for the kiddos, plus a hot tub, a grill under a covered gazebo, and a picnic area. Take a short stroll down a private boardwalk to relax on the shoreline. Outdoor showers allow you to cool off on the way to the beach and remove the sand on the way back. You will also find many opportunities to play golf and tennis nearby.



Inside this condo, you will be greeted by a spacious living area with a sofa bed offering additional space for sleeping, plus this condo offers a flatscreen TV with free cable and streaming available through a Roku. There's also a DVD player, as well as free WiFi throughout. In the morning, take advantage of your Keurig coffeemaker to brew up the perfect cup. Step outside on the balcony to catch a breeze and enjoy picturesque views of the immaculate grounds, soothing lagoons, and the Atlantic Ocean. If you decide to book this unit through Vacasa you won't be disappointed! The location, unit, and service from the Vacasa team were incredible. The views were what you would want from an ocean front location and the service was impeccable. We won't hesitate to book with them in the future.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Nice location and not far walking distance from beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can tell owner is making nice improvements with cute and comfortable furniture and decor, newer flooring and appliances. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful Windsor Place Vacation

Loved this spacious unity’s in Windsor PLACE ( not to be confused with Windsor Ct. right next door). It was delightfully clean, nicely decorated, well equipped in kitchen and very spacious. My husband and I loved the separate bathrooms. Our one suggestion would be to upgrade the bathrooms especially the tiny shower stalls however would definitely rent again!

Nice view and proximity to the beach

The proximity to the beach and the views are nice. The unit was average. It needs updating, especially the bathrooms and the dishwasher. The complex also needs to be better maintained. The elevator was out of service all week. The pool and hot tub both had a lot of debris in them. The landscaping and grounds were not maintained like you typically expect to see on HHI. The water was turned off at the rinse area where you come off the beach.

We had a great time in HHI at the Windsor. Nice updated condo- however, the bedroom could use some blackout curtains and sometimes the door wouldn’t automatically lock behind you after leaving the condo. Otherwise, beautiful condo and excellent location! Close to restaurants and the grocery store! We hope to visit again!

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful Monday - Saturday stay. The condo had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is excellent, and the pools (especially the zero-entry one for the kids) were great. The beach access was directly across from the pools, so it made it very easy to go back and forth throughout our stay, and the beach itself was lovely. We will definitely stay again!

Great spot for a family vacation

Wonderful beach view from the comfortable patio furniture. Great location and easy access to the beach. Nice and spacious. Small shower and toilet at the front let everyone shower and minimize sand mess to one small area. Two pull out beds for the kids in the living room and enough space to put a pack and play or two. Having a washer and dryer was key and so nice not to have to go somewhere for that. Kids enjoyed the pools, nice grill area and covered patio to eat at. Only complaint is that the plastic blinds in the bedroom clicked at night if the fan was on. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

We have stayed at Palmetto Dunes for years. This unit is by far the most beautifully decorated and the best furnished. We love the openness of the unit and the balcony view. We hope to stay here again!
