The perfect place to discover what French way of life is about. A block fom the Loire River, the terrace offers an extraordinary view of the Chateau de Monsoreau. In this 250 souls village, walk to 4 restaurant, a bakery, a butcher/caterer, a weekly outdoor market, a monthly very popular antique market. Saumur is 15 minutes away, Chinon is 20 at minutes. the regional capital, Tours, is at 1H30 by car (or 35mn by train) and Paris at 59 minutes by High Speed Train from it. Angers is 1:15 away and La Baule, a chic and beautiful beach resort town is at 2H30.
This three-bedroom house is perfect for a couple, 4 or 6 guests, it features one bath tub/shower, one shower, 3 toilets, a terrace opening on the chateau de Montsoreau.
