• Check-In Time: 16:00 (early check-in may be available for an additional fee).
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM (late check-out subject to availability and extra charges).
• Identification Required: Guests must provide valid photo ID at check-in.
• Luggage Storage: Complimentary storage available at the main office (168 Granby Place) before check-in or after check-out, up to 12 hours. Additional storage incurs a €10/day fee.
Booking Extensions;
Extensions may be requested at any time, subject to availability and possible rate changes. All extensions must be confirmed in writing.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping the space tidy. Damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
• Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A €200 cleaning fee applies for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Quiet residential property—parties are not allowed. Violations result in immediate eviction and a €200 penalty.
• No Pets: Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained. If approved, a refundable €500 deposit and €200 cleaning fee apply.
• Key Replacement: Lost keys incur a replacement fee of €200.
• Garbage Disposal: Follow the waste disposal guidelines provided in each apartment. Proper sorting into recycling, glass, and general waste is required.
• Energy Use: Please practice energy conservation. All utilities are included, but responsible usage is encouraged.
Maintenance & Support
• Urgent Issues: Should be reported immediately. Issues will be addressed based on urgency.
• Complaints: Formal complaints must be submitted via email for resolution. Partial refunds or service compensation may be offered where appropriate.
• Damage Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. This includes damage to furniture, appliances, and bedding.
• Mattress & Bedding Damage: Stains or damage to linens or mattresses will result in charges for replacement.
• Parking: On-site parking is not provided. The property is not liable for any vehicle-related damages or losses nearby.
Staff & Access
• Staff Entry: Staff may enter for inspections, maintenance, or cleaning with prior notice or under exceptional circumstances.
• Emergency Access: Staff may access the apartment without notice if safety concerns or emergencies arise.
