Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located loft. Steps from the heart of downtown and Mass Street! Only 1 mile away from KU’s campus, it’s a quick drive or lovely walk on a nice day. This loft is secure and remodeled! Please note: There is NO reserved parking! City parking is only available on the street and will have to be paid for in nearby lots/meters Mon-Sat 9:30 am-6 pm. Farmers Market every Sat. NO parking in 800 Lofts Covered Commercial spaces or you will be towed!
Booking this property requires the following be fully updated on your Airbnb profile:
A front facing selfie of the booking guest as a profile picture. (This helps us confirm the correct person checks in)
A current phone number, email address, and government ID uploaded to your profile.
Verification of your profile through an account online.
BONUS- A short bio about yourself! This loft is considered a Junior 1 BR or super studio for its layout. While the bedroom does not have a door, it still provides private space away from the kitchen and living room. A folding divider is provided where the opening to the bedroom begins so you may have some privacy when needed. The living room boasts a glass garage door, which can be fully opened on nice weather days! It overlooks the rooftop terrace area. The couch does have a queen pull out mattress, but please contact me if/when you use it. (It can be made prior to your stay if you need it, but I ask that guests don’t pull it out or push it in themselves due to the floor getting scratched) Since this is a downtown condo building, I have provided sound machines and earplugs to help with any background noises. Be kind to neighbors and keep the noise/TV level low. Please use the towels provided in the basket in the living room for the hot tub, and not the regular bath towels! The bathroom includes towels, hair dryer, flat iron hair straightener, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, body wash, and cotton swabs for your use.
You have the whole loft to yourself! The 2nd floor rooftop patio/balcony access is shared with all the condos and is considered common space. Please read ALL the rules as an HOA oversees the property and fines do result if rules are not followed. NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises! The lobby/mailroom space is also common space.
I live locally and own another loft in the building, so I am usually available to help if needed! You may even see me around, and I’m happy to meet guests if available. I’m always reachable on the Airbnb app or by phone.
NO pets please!
NO Smoking OR Vaping on the premises (including common areas and balconies)! This is an HOA rule and there is a fine if anyone is seen doing this. Please go outside of the building near the street.
Visitors limited to two please- may not stay the night as extra guests are an additional fee.
Security cameras are on the building in public spaces.
NO smoking OR vaping anywhere on the premises! This is an HOA rule and there will be a fine for it.
NO dinner parties or events!
NO glitter, confetti, or taping to walls allowed!
