At this townhome, guests have plenty of space to relax in front of the tv or sit out on the patio and enjoy the fresh air. The garage has a ping pong table and yard games for guests to enjoy. Very nice

The property was very nice and clean. It was very peaceful and we had an amazing stay. The only thing we recommend is to have more mirrors in the house.

Exploring Lawrence!

This property is perfectly located to explore the downtown area, university campus and local winery. It was super clean and our questions were answered in a timely manner.

Great for a group

The rental worked well for us. Loved having all the beds since we had a range of ages. It was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet. The only down side was the lack of air movement in the bedrooms (only one has a working ceiling fan).

Great rental!

We stayed the week of Christmas. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to relax and get a good night's sleep. Would stay here again if we will be in the area.

Fantastic place for a big crew.

Stayed here with my large family for a sport tournament. It was a perfect location, very clean, and we were able to sleep all of us comfortably. Would highly recommend.

Great location; comfortable for family

The townhouse was meticulously clean with a comfortable layout for family. The location was perfect for us. Not only was it close to downtown Lawrence, it was in a safe neighborhood so that I could take my daily walks. We hope to return to this property when we need such an accommodation in Lawrence

Quiet & Cozy

Property is located just off interstate but it was very quiet, we did not hear any traffic noise at all. Property is spacious and furnished well. Would stay there again.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family’s needs on a trip that had many twists and turns. The house had plenty of space to accommodate our large group. The location was in a great area within a couple miles of everything you could need.

Nice spot in Lawrence

Quiet spot a bit away from the hustle and bustle of KU and Mass ST. Would be a great spot to stay while in town for a game. The bunk beds would be great for a bunch of kids to sleep in.

Archeologists teaching field school

This townhouse provided a comfortable place to unwind at the end of 10 total long days working and teaching outdoors at a nearby archeology field school. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bedroom/bathroom downstairs contains the laundry as well. The appliances work. Kitchen is stocked well, including extra paper towels, garbage bags. The neighbors were friendly, including the doggie next door. Thanks from all of us.

Very clean and welcoming experience.

The accommodations were exactly what was represented. It was a very welcoming place with several personal touches. Bottled water in the frig and coffee pot available were appreciated.

Spacious and Comfy

The stay was a perfect getaway for a respite. Lots of space and the rooms werent crowded with excess furniture. Couch and recliner sectional are really comfortable. The mattresses we slept on were great. A really soft one for my partner's preference and a firmer to match my preference. Host was absolutely great with communication. Location was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Plus close to avenues out of town. Our stay was problem free and we enjoyed our down time in the residence. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. We had room for 6 more people if we had needed the room. Will definitely consider this location for future visits.
