At this townhome, guests have plenty of space to relax in front of the tv or sit out on the patio and enjoy the fresh air. The garage has a ping pong table and yard games for guests to enjoy. It is less than 10 minutes to KU and lots of eating options are even closer. It’s in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.

This place was perfect! Clean and fully stocked with anything we would need. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the time we spent here. Appreciated the extra blankets, towels and coffee selection in the kitchen. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Good communication from the hosts, the property was very clean. Enjoyed the counter snacks and coffee options in the morning. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our daughter in college.

Property was easy to access, and was very tidy and cozy. Had comfortable living room furniture which was perfect for our girls’ group. Plenty of beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay!

Great rental!

We stayed the week of Christmas. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to relax and get a good night's sleep. Would stay here again if we will be in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were quick to answer questions and communicate everything we needed to know. My daughter and I had time to take early morning walks in a lovely neighborhood. Perfect for us.

Fantastic place for a big crew.

Stayed here with my large family for a sport tournament. It was a perfect location, very clean, and we were able to sleep all of us comfortably. Would highly recommend.

Great location; comfortable for family

The townhouse was meticulously clean with a comfortable layout for family. The location was perfect for us. Not only was it close to downtown Lawrence, it was in a safe neighborhood so that I could take my daily walks. We hope to return to this property when we need such an accommodation in Lawrence

Nice spot in Lawrence

Quiet spot a bit away from the hustle and bustle of KU and Mass ST. Would be a great spot to stay while in town for a game. The bunk beds would be great for a bunch of kids to sleep in.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family’s needs on a trip that had many twists and turns. The house had plenty of space to accommodate our large group. The location was in a great area within a couple miles of everything you could need.

Quiet & Cozy

Property is located just off interstate but it was very quiet, we did not hear any traffic noise at all. Property is spacious and furnished well. Would stay there again.
