Beautiful, brand new 3 bedroom, 2 full bath in Port Charlotte,FL
Escape to this marvelous 3-bedroom house in Port Charlotte. With modern amenities like a indoor working fireplace, Iron, Hair Dryer, AC, wifi, 1 car garage. Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher.Guests can relax in comfort. The serene atmosphere of this enchanting property with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is perfect for any length of stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We allow 1 small dog under 20 pounds. There is a doggie door that goes into a fenced back yard. There is a fee of $150.00 if you stay more then a week for the dog. For a weekend it is $50.00.There is also a Bassinet available as well as a portable crib upon request.
Everything you need is available. Complete Kitchen set up, dinner ware, pots and pans,baking pans, wine glasses, so much more. Coffee maker with Coffee as well as a Kurig with sides provided for your first morning.
Airports, we are right between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Punta Gorda Airport is 14.4 miles from house.

Venice 27.2 The Keys are a 5 and 1/2 hr drive.

The house is located on a dead end street .Very quiet neighborhood. The stores include Sketchers discount,Home Goods, Burlington, our local mall is ten minutes away. Restaurants are five minute drive. There is Long Horn, Outback, Red Lobster, Chiles, Cody's Road House and of course all the drive through restaurants are McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Culver, Arby's, KFC. Just about every kind of Pizza place. Grocery stores include Publix, Walmart, Aldis.
There are so many things to do while visiting. Our beaches such as Boca Grande or Siesta Key with there beautiful White sandy beach.
Televisions located in master bedroom and living room. wifi, access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Paramount.
Brand new outdoor gas grill. Propane provided.
Have a special occasion, Birthday, Anniversary or a family get away. Let us know in advance we will set up the house accordingly.

We are originally from CT. We have lived here in Fl for 24 years. We raised 7 adopted children. Once they all moved out, we decided to go into vacation rentals. This is our first adventure working with Airbnb. We enjoyed furnishing the house and hope others will enjoy it also.

The house is on a dead end street. Very quiet, but a five minute ride to stores, restaurants, banks and our mall with a Regal movie theater. There is also a Neighborhood Watch in the neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other.

All you need to bring is your clothes. You can shop the next day. We offer coffee and tea with some amenities. Coffee, Sugar, Creamer,Salt Pepper to get you started.
Also laundry detergent ,dish detergent. Shampoo and Conditioner for a couple days. Kitchen comes with a regular drip coffee pot as well as Kurig coffee maker.
We have stayed at vacation rentals before and have had to go out and buy things to be able to cook. I promise everything you need weather its to bake or grill or cook on the stove, you are good to go. There are 2 televisions with wi fi and fire stick TV. You can connect to any account you have such as Netflix. Prime, many more. Remember your passwords.!!
We love little dogs. We have a small doggie door off the back porch ,this allows your dog to go out and be safe in a complete fenced yard.You will be responsible for picking up any mess your dog makes on the lawn. There is also a $100.00 pet fee if you stay longer then a weekend. For a weekend the fee is $50.00
