Welcome to Hi-Tech Condo — a bright, thoughtfully appointed retreat in one of DC`s most exciting up-and-coming neighborhoods. Perched on the top floor of a charming Ivy City building, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is flooded with natural light and designed for guests who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything the capital has to offer.
The space features an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen — perfect for starting your morning with a fresh cup of coffee before a day of exploring. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals in, and the in-unit full-size washer and dryer make longer stays especially convenient. The bedroom is a quiet retreat after a full day in the city, and the top-floor position means you`ll enjoy plenty of light and privacy throughout your stay.
The Space
This is a private, entire-unit rental — no shared spaces. The open layout makes great use of every square foot, with a comfortable living area, dedicated dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen all flowing together. Climate is managed with portable heating and cooling units to keep the space comfortable year-round, regardless of the season.
The Location
Ivy City is one of DC`s most walkable and rapidly growing neighborhoods, and Hi-Tech Condo puts you right in the middle of it. You`re just steps from Target, Mom`s Organic Market, Kick Axe Throwing, local coffee shops, and some of the city`s best casual dining. Union Market — DC`s premier food and retail destination — is just 5 minutes away, and the National Mall is a quick 10-minute drive. The bus stop is 0.1 miles from the front door, and free street parking is readily available for guests arriving by car. Rideshare is also a convenient option for getting around the city.
Getting Around
Free street parking is available directly outside the property — no permits required. For exploring DC, rideshare services and the nearby bus line make it easy to get anywhere in the city without a car.

This is a tech-forward unit with smart fixtures throughout. We provide detailed instructions for the kitchen faucet and shower head so you`re comfortable from the moment you arrive. A fully refundable security hold will be authorized on your card within 5 days of arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout inspection.
We are available by call, text, or message throughout your stay to make sure everything is perfect.

The stay was great the location was perfect there is also parking if you are looking for something comfy and relaxing this is your spot the only thing that I think could be tweaked would be late checkout 10 am Checkout is very early and the fees are a bit pricey .

Everything was great! Loved how modern the overall look was. It appears to be in a worry some area but it’s completely fine, no issue at all. Very quiet at night as well. Host was easy to connect with and constantly let me know I could reach out about anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering!

very cozy stay

we really enjoyed our time here and the home is very clean and comfortable. communication with the host was very quick/easy and the only issue was the speakers advertised don’t work which we were really looking forward to use

Lovely property

The condo was very nice, once we were able to get in, the downstairs door is tricky to get open. It was very clean, but they need to leave more than one towel. The hosts were easy to get a hold of, and answered emails quickly. I would definitely recommend this property

Perfect getaway in DC

First off, we want to say the hosts were AMAZING! Super attentive! Every time we had a question we received a response within minutes! It was such a beautiful home, the photos did not disappoint! The street was such a quiet street! Slept peacefully! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit DC and wants to stay off the beaten path but super close to everything!

Fabulous unit

15 minutes away from the NW area is this beautiful surprisingly impeccably modern and comfortable unit tucked away on a quiet street. It’s ver private and at the same time deliciously high tech. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend to any fellow business traveler or even for a longer residency in the DC area. A true gem!

Three Night Stay

Place was chic and as advertised. I wish there were more instructions on check in and figuring out the lock system. Property could use a deep clean and wiped of high touch surfaces. There was only one trash can in the entire apartment. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. Location was very nice, felt safe yet close to the city.

Back in October/November I stayed here for 9 days. What I can tell you is that it’s everything they say it is. Clean and comfortable. Great shower free parking on the street in front. Although it may not seem safe, it is.Had no problems.Easy commute by car into to Washington by car,Whole Foods grocery store was near by with compted free parking. It’s definitely my go to place when I come back into town. The host was helpful all the way, prompt responses when I had questions.

As advertised

This is a lovely apartment that was just as advertised. The host was extremely responsive and we had no issues. My only critique is that the Ivy City neighborhood where it's located is a bit desolate -- there are no stores within walking distance and the closest main street, New York Avenue, was a bit gritty. That said, we did park on the street right in front of the unit and had no issues.
