Welcome to Hi-Tech Condo! This condo is a great place to unwind during your trip. It is located in the Ivy City neighbor and only a few blocks from Target, Mom`s Grocery Story, Kick Axe/Throw Social, coffee shops and restaurants. Hi-Tech Condo is a short drive to the National Mall [10 mins] & Union Market [5 mins].

This quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bath top floor condo boosts tons of natural light and is an oasis to escape to after exploring the nation`s capital. This unit has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is access to a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can wake up to make a fresh cup of coffee or tea, or make breakfast before a day of tours.

Guests have access to the entire condo

We are just a call, text, or message away to ensure your stay is perfect.

This location offers ample, free street parking. It would be best to use a vehicle or ride share. The bus stop is approximately 0.1 miles away.

This unit is tech savvy. There are instructions on how to use the kitchen faucet and shower head to avoid confusion.

** There is also Bluetooth speakers throughout the unit, but they are NOT available to use**

This was our second time here and everything was as expected great neighbors, free parking the neighborhood may seem a little shady, but it really isn’t. We felt very safe and no issues with any of the neighbors.

The stay was great the location was perfect there is also parking if you are looking for something comfy and relaxing this is your spot the only thing that I think could be tweaked would be late checkout 10 am Checkout is very early and the fees are a bit pricey .

very cozy stay

we really enjoyed our time here and the home is very clean and comfortable. communication with the host was very quick/easy and the only issue was the speakers advertised don’t work which we were really looking forward to use

Everything was great! Loved how modern the overall look was. It appears to be in a worry some area but it’s completely fine, no issue at all. Very quiet at night as well. Host was easy to connect with and constantly let me know I could reach out about anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering!

Lovely property

The condo was very nice, once we were able to get in, the downstairs door is tricky to get open. It was very clean, but they need to leave more than one towel. The hosts were easy to get a hold of, and answered emails quickly. I would definitely recommend this property

Perfect getaway in DC

First off, we want to say the hosts were AMAZING! Super attentive! Every time we had a question we received a response within minutes! It was such a beautiful home, the photos did not disappoint! The street was such a quiet street! Slept peacefully! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit DC and wants to stay off the beaten path but super close to everything!

Fabulous unit

15 minutes away from the NW area is this beautiful surprisingly impeccably modern and comfortable unit tucked away on a quiet street. It’s ver private and at the same time deliciously high tech. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend to any fellow business traveler or even for a longer residency in the DC area. A true gem!

Three Night Stay

Place was chic and as advertised. I wish there were more instructions on check in and figuring out the lock system. Property could use a deep clean and wiped of high touch surfaces. There was only one trash can in the entire apartment. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. Location was very nice, felt safe yet close to the city.

Business trip/plessure

Back in October/November I stayed here for 9 days. What I can tell you is that it’s everything they say it is. Clean and comfortable. Great shower free parking on the street in front. Although it may not seem safe, it is.Had no problems.Easy commute by car into to Washington by car,Whole Foods grocery store was near by with compted free parking. It’s definitely my go to place when I come back into town. The host was helpful all the way, prompt responses when I had questions.

As advertised

This is a lovely apartment that was just as advertised. The host was extremely responsive and we had no issues. My only critique is that the Ivy City neighborhood where it's located is a bit desolate -- there are no stores within walking distance and the closest main street, New York Avenue, was a bit gritty. That said, we did park on the street right in front of the unit and had no issues.

Great property, especially with someone who has large dogs. Was perfect for everything we wanted to do in DC. All problems were resolved quickly, communication was fantastic and they do their best to keep a secure, and secure. Thank you Rhianna and Corey from us MO folks!
