Welcome to your dream vacation home at Private Drive 038 - Freeman-Ehlert, nestled in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach. This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence is perfect for families and groups seeking a convenient and comfortable stay. The open-concept living area features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Enjoy cozy evenings in the living room, complete with a Smart TV and wireless internet.

Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with two doubles. These bedrooms both have a private bathroom. The master suite upstairs boasts a queen-sized bed and private updated walk in shower. The fourth bedroom holds a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunks. These two bedrooms are attached by a Jack N Jill style bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs.

Step outside to the serene surroundings, where you'll find a community pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The property also features a golf cart outlet for easy access to the nearby attractions.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.


A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.

Great for our large family

We were in town for a wedding. This place provided more than enough space for our party of 14, including the elderly, the teenagers, and the younger kids. there are plenty of activities close by to keep the kids busy (mini-golf, beach, jet skis) and the community is friendly and diverse. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were all comfortable. We chose to bring our own linens instead of using the linen service. It worked out well for us and the in-house laundry was very helpful. All in all a great experience that we would highly recommend.

Excellent location and newly renovated

We had a wonderful stay at “This Is Us”! The owners have done a fantastic job renovating this house and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again!
