SUMMER PLACE - 38 Private Drive - This house, in the Summer Place community, features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen, one bedroom has two doubles. Upstairs, two bedrooms have one queen in each, the fifth bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunks. All bedrooms have TVs.
Amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, enclosed outside shower, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, microwave oven, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats nine, and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or spend a cool evening outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Private Drive is a direct and easy beach access street, and this house is a short walk from both the beach and the pool.

This property has keyless entry.

There's a golf cart outlet by the outside shower, and another one by the stairs. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
