Spent Christmas 2025 here with my family. Overall the condo was great, pretty cozy with three adults and two teenagers but we were fine. A couple of small details: The listing notes “washer/dryer” but the washer/dryer was a coin-operated laundry room in the garage. Not a big deal- we managed- but were not prepared with coins so had to get change at the grocery store nearby. I might have missed this detail in the description so just note if you’re planning to book this condo! The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable but other than that we had a great time and it served our needs just fine. The condo had a poker set that we enjoyed after a day of skiing and exploring and the teenagers used the hot tub every night. We loved the location- cozy and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk to Main Street. Check-in/out was a breeze and management was very quick to respond before and during our stay.

Wonderful spot in Breck - condo had everything we needed and was the ideal location! Would definitely stay there again! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the outdoor patio in the mornings!!

Location and balcony

Easy walk into town and to plenty of hiking trails. Loved the balcony facing a few evergreen trees- lots of hummingbirds, magpies, chipmunks and even a red fox.

Nice place!

The place is nice and clean, big enough for 4 people. We really enjoyed it! The only issue is bus connection - the BLUE ski bus only comes once in 40 min, and there is no bus in the evening.

Perfect Space and Location

This condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 8 year old) vacation. The space was clean and well stocked and the decor was so nice! The condo backed up to a park where you can sled and it's also walking distance to a wonderful trail where the Isak Heartstone troll can also be found. Very close to Main Street dining and shopping and local grocery store. The heated parking garage was a nice amenity. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit but we did not need one.

Wonderful Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with excellent location. Roomy and comfortable furniture. Kitchen adequately stocked for vacation usuage. The garage is a huge benefit. Some small issues... practically no lighting in the bedrooms and a shortage of linens. Only 5 towels were provided and no sheets for foldout couch. I called the company/ contact number, but did not receive a call back. In their defense, I called on Sunday, but thought it was odd that I didn’t receive a call back.

Comfortable in-town condo

This is a nicely updated and furnished 2 bedroom home close to everything. The unit is clean and stocked with all essentials. We enjoyed the grill on the deck and the outdoor hot tub nearby. The free shuttle bus picked us up right in front of the property and took us a few stops away to the base of the Beaver Run Chair (or any other base area). After a great day of skiing we took a short walk to main street for dinner. I would definitely stay at this place again.

We had a girls weekend with my nieces and was just perfect for us! They loved the hottub and sledding hill which is all super convienent to this condo! Friendly neighbors too! Absolutely Recommend this place!

It is beautiful and perfectly located. My son and I had a wonderful time there.

Really pretty and quiet, it had everything we needed. It was strange to watch TV on a non HD TV but who goes to Breckinridge to watch TV? (We were watching the US Open.)

Very close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything that was promised. It was really within walking distance to almost everything including church. The only thing that I would say is a drawback. I really think it would be hard for six people to stay there. It was perfect for four. Susan was in touch with us within hours of our reservation, and gave us all of the information that we needed. the property was very clean ans well maintained. I would highly recommend this property.

Great for families!

This was a very nice condo close to town (5 min walk) and perfect for families. It has a nice, spacious kitchen and is next to a park. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The complex is nice and quiet.

Great location, very nice place

This is a nice condo right next to Carter Park. It's well located for access to the town as well. As for the condo, it was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs without having the drawers crammed full of items you don't need. It was truly perfect for us. We cooked in every day/night and even used the grill It was quiet and the bedrooms are spacious for bags and everything you might bring. We didn't feel like it lacked anything at all. There is a little bike park right down the short hill to the park where littler kids can just ride and ride safely feeling like they are doing some true mountain biking. My kids loved it (6 and 4) even more than the playgrounds at the park. Plus the owners were great communicators and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for the holiday weekend (we stayed over the 4th for the Firecracker 50 bike race which laps through and ends in Carter Park). We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great location, friendly owner

Location is great...no more than a 10 min walk to restaurants/bars/shops on Main St. Shuttle to base of Breck picks up 3 times per hour right out front, eliminating the need for a car. Owner is very friendly and responds very quickly to questions. She went out of her way to accommodate our requested arrival and departure times. The condo layout was as described. Only complaint is that the pullout couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd highly recommend it!

Excellent experience

We rented this condo for two nights and had a perfect experience: - great location - easy walking distance to all parts of Breckenridge - lots of easy parking - comfortable and cozy layout - very well-equipped kitchen - lots of supplies: paper towels, towels, etc.
