Due Sogni offers 8 BR+2 Den with 6 kings, 4 fulls, 2 full over full bunk beds, 8 full + 2 half bathrooms, four master suites, two fully equipped kitchens, and both a downstairs and an upstairs living area on both sides of the home. Relax in your private heated pools & spas or cook outdoors in the covered kitchen. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and minutes to Mercato and Whole Foods. Perfect for families or groups seeking luxury, space, & location in Naples.
The fully equipped kitchen on each side provides everything you need to relax, entertain, or work remotely in comfort including a wine refrigerator. Step outside to your private heated pool and spa, or enjoy cooking and dining poolside in the covered outdoor kitchen.
With one spacious living room downstairs right off the kitchen and an additional spacious living area upstairs on each side, there is plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and enjoy their stay!
Located just a 10-minute walk from Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz-Carlton, and minutes from Mercato and Whole Foods, Due Sogni offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and laid-back coastal living.
**Additional details for our guests who appreciate every detail regarding layout and functionality: every bedroom has an on suite bathroom and large walk in closet, with the exception of the private den/5th bedroom which features a full over full bunk bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool.
There is a half bathroom downstairs on each side, that can be accessed from both the inside of the house right off the kitchen and front entryway, but also via the side door in the backyard/pool area.
On each side, three of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one of the bedrooms feature two full sized-beds, and of course the private den/5th bedroom features a full/full bunk.
Each side has one master bedroom is downstairs—all of the remaining bedrooms are upstairs.
