We had great communication before the trip. The house is wonderful- spacious, clean, lots of helpful items in the kitchen, and great beds, bathrooms and water pressure. Highly recommend!

The house and property was amazing. Plenty of outdoors space for kids to play and Adults enjoy keriokee and BBQ.

The home was in decent condition, and the property grounds were great. We accidently locked both doors to the master, called the maintenance person, who is apparently on the grounds, and his answer was "we don't have keys for the doors". I told him we will figure it out and he seemed quite relieved to not be bothered. Also, there are quite a few rules. To have access to the grill area was an additional charge and one of the rules was no parties which seemed odd based on the size of the home and promoting it sleeps 16. Overall, a very nice property, Kevin was super responsive and our group of 17-year-old Soccer boys and Fathers had a great time. Would have given it 5 Stars if I could. Still a solid property priced right.

Tropical Stay

I loved this place it has all the necessary things you need they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. I did have a issue with the power but they solved it right away. You will find an ample space for all the family, pool, game table, 2 full kitchens, 2 outdoor grills in different areas of the house and 5 bedrooms with 13 beds and 1 crib, 3 full bathrooms indoors and 2 bathrooms outdoors, washer/dryer, I mean they have everything you need to have a wonderful time there and not leave the home. I thank the host for having us there and will definitely return in the future.

Kevin was an excellent host. When little odds and ends are Rose, he always responded in a timely fashion. We would love to come back and stay here in the future. We had a large group of 15 people in the house more than accommodated all of us.Thank you.
