Welcome to your mountain retreat in the heart of Breckenridge! This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideally located just 0.3 miles from the Snowflake Lift and Beaver Run, with the free Breckenridge shuttle steps from your door.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy open-concept living space with a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for meals with family and friends. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a jetted tub for the ultimate après-ski soak, while two additional bedrooms provide plenty of comfort and privacy for your group.

Enjoy fresh mountain air on your two private decks, or take advantage of the community amenities, including a hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool (3 minute drive from property). For convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer in-unit, plus private garage parking for one vehicle and space for an additional car in the driveway.

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and her husband and our other daughter. It was a perfect set up. We stayed in and played games, cooked in the kitchen, and watch movies together. The bus stop super close so very easy to get to the slopes. I would stay here again.

The location was great. Easy access to snowflake lift and ski back on snowflake trail with just a short walk down the street to get back. The free shuttle stop was just on the corner as well. It was clean and just right for us and our four teenagers. For those who use the kitchen like us, though, it was missing mixing bowls and potholders. So we had to improvise.

We had a great stay. The overall unit worked well for us. The host was excellent at responding to needs as we first arrived. We stayed for almost 30 days so we found items that should have been stocked but weren't. (mixing bowls, hangers, light bulbs out, sharp knifes, etc,) As mentioned, the host jumped on the items and delivered them quickly, Upon arrival, the garage floor was literally covered in fine dirt. Most likely from snow / off roading from a previous client. But after a few sweeps it was fine. We'd like to have at least one more chair in the living area of the home. There's room to the left of the fireplace. With one couch and one matching arm chair, it was limited seating when people came to visit. It should be mentioned there are a lot of stairs in this unit. We'd for certain stay again and can't say enough about the host responses to items needed. It was a quiet and well situated within the townhome complex.

Wonderful condo and great location. Walking distance to Main Street and hiking trails. Escaped the Texas summer heat for a week in Breckenridge. Exactly what we needed.
