A perfect base for exploring Seaside, our charming cottage is situated at the desirable southern end of the promenade. This prime location offers a peaceful oasis just a short walk from the beach, cafes, restaurants, and the Seaside Golf Club. The bustling heart of downtown Seaside, with its wide range of attractions, is a stroll or bike ride away. Ideal for families and couples alike, the cottage boasts stylish retro interiors and an expansive backyard with a gorgeous deck and outdoor living.

Welcome to Seaside Solace, our charming beach cottage, uniquely curated with quirky decorations and newly updated to provide supremely comfortable accommodations.

The open plan living/dining area provides a cozy atmosphere for lounging and gathering, whether you're playing board games, enjoying a movie on the 55" smart TV, or relaxing in front of the retro "fireplace", which has been fitted with 1950's lights that replicate flickering flames. Play your music on the bluetooth sound system and enjoy the artistic touches, including a custom wall mural and vintage decorations.

Hang out in the beautiful back yard, which has an expansive deck with a louvered pergola that opens and closes to allow all-weather enjoyment. Relax on the comfy lounge furniture and play a game of cornhole or Giant Jenga. Grill burgers on the Weber and eat alfresco at the full dining set, lighting up the area with the rechargeable lanterns. Enjoy evenings around the propane firepit and make s'mores with the provided supplies!

We've set up the three bedrooms for relaxation, comfort and convenience. Each room has a queen bed that lifts up for luggage storage and a wardrobe with hangers. We've provided linens, extra blankets, bath and beach towels, and washcloths. Each room is equipped with a white noise machine to help send you off to sleep, and blackout curtains to let you sleep in. Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances you need to make a feast, including cookie sheets, mixing bowls, a casserole dish and a blender. We've provided oil, spices and seasonings too. The coffee station includes starter supplies of ground coffee and filters, K-cups, sugar/splenda and creamer, and there is a kettle with a selection of teas and hot chocolate.

The bathroom features a tiled shower/bathtub with ample water pressure and on-demand hot water. We've provided a range of supplies to make your stay comfortable, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, cotton swabs and pads, floss picks and toothbrushes, and makeup cloths and a hair dryer.

The full laundry includes a washer and dryer, and there are camp chairs and a beach umbrella to take with you to the beach.
