The Space:

When you make your home base at this four-bedroom home in Seaside, you'll be close to it all - one block from the ocean beach and the Seaside Promenade, and a short stroll or bike ride from restaurants, shops, arcades, and all sorts of entertainment in the heart of town.



This home is a place to leave your car behind and explore the best of Seaside on foot or by bike. The beach and the Prom are one block west, the 12th Street Bridge (great for crabbing) and a kids' park are around the corner, and Seaside's main drag - Broadway Street - is just over half a mile south.



Newly built in 2017, the house is comfortable and uncluttered, offering a living room with a gas fireplace to greet you after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with every essential, there's space to dine at the two-person kitchen island and the dining table for six, and the back deck provides a wonderful spot to barbecue within earshot of the ocean.



In the evenings, enjoy four flatscreen TVs throughout the house, board games and DVDs for your entertainment, and four inviting bedrooms - one of which is a guest suite that's perfect for grandparents or older kids.

The fourth bedroom and third bathroom reside in the detached guest house.

This home is perfect for enjoying Seaside. The beach at the end of 12th street is walkable and the home comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Great family vacation home!

This was a perfect house for my family! It provided all of the amenities we needed, was dog and baby friendly, and in a wonderful location! We had such a great time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place

Had a short weekend in Seaside. This home was perfect for us. Location was fantastic and accommodated our pups very well. Everyone (7 and 2 dogs) who traveled for this trip had plenty of space and loved staying here. We will be back, hopefully longer next time.

Very family friendly

Great location for little with a playground, the beach, and the boardwalk close by and a fenced in yard and toys. We had plenty of towels and linens, and the rental was very clean and well-stocked.

The house was super nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well. They had coffee, all the cooking spices you need, and plenty of utensils to cook with. We loved the proximity to the ocean and it was only a short walk to the promenade. We had a great time!!

Enjoyed our short stay on the Oregon coast

Great property. House was very nice and well furnished. Pictures were very accurate. Well stocked and appreciated the smores package. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot with multiple rooms for a group trip! Nice touches w arcade games and board games ! It was also nice to be able to bring our dog to the beach for the first time (fenced backyard too for dog). Beds were comfy and big table for groups . Great responsiveness from company .
