Getting Around:
PGA West is a very walking and biking friendly community, or take an Uber to Old Town. A car is recommended for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.

★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★
This property does not include a private pool or spa. Instead, guests have full access to the PGA West Signature clubhouse.

★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Yes, pets are allowed with an extra fee.

★ What is the parking situation? ★
Guests have access to a 2-car garage with space for bikes or golf clubs, plus driveway parking. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.

★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.

★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
