We enjoyed out stay. The beach location and position of the house is great. The front porch and the living room look right to the ocean and beach which is wonderful. Pool was very nice too. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kinda average but we didn't come there to sleep.

It was a perfect week with perfect weather. Our only "complaint" was the strong smell of chlorine in the water. We bought a Brita pitcher and that helped tremendously. We left it for others to use.

We had a lovely week here. The house is exactly as advertised on the listing. Incredible views and beach access. The beach was never too crowded and honestly, being on the deck felt like being on the beach. The pool was clean and also never too crowded. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, towels etc at the house - no need to bring your own. Due to weather, we were stuck inside oneday and the house was very comfortable for our family of 6. There was beach restoration going on - it did not impact our experience. Also there is construction next door that was not on the listing - the property management company did their best to make this up to us as it was loud enough on two of our days that we had to find things to do away from the house. Overall an amazing spot!

The location and beach access truly cannot be beat. The accommodations themselves were not up to the standard we were expecting. As other reviewers noted, the kitchen provisions were not clean and the bath tub drain was backed up. We also found hair in the shower upon check in as well as multiple cockroaches in the pool. We were disappointed that the unit is so poorly maintained. The host did send cleaners out to spot clean the bathroom once we notified them, but the experience was overall less than ideal for the price. We do not recommend this unit and will not return.

We've stayed in these townhomes previously, just a different unit. The townhome we stayed in prior had nicer furniture, more comfortable beds, nicer bathrooms, just all in all a nicer/better kept townhome. We had issues with TV's all week- granted we aren't there to watch TV, but there was a lot of rain during our stay and winding down at night to some TV is always nice. Plants were overgrown on the deck area, it just felt a little unkept. There was supposed to be a TV in the master bedroom, but there was not one, instead it was in a different bedroom, not a big deal, but didn't match description. Tub in master didn't drain properly. All that said none of these things were major issues. Has we not stayed in a prior townhome in same complex before this, we wouldn't have anything to compare to.The location can't be beat and the communication from the host is fantastic. NSB is a great place to vacation as well. We'll be back and if we stay here, we just know which unit to try and get.

We've stayed in these townhomes prior, just a different unit. If you have your choice, stay in unit A1 vs A3 100 times out of 100. Nicer furniture, more comfortable beds, nicer bathrooms, just all in all a nicer/better kept townhome.
