Beautiful town house just steps from the ocean and pool.You can get a glimpse of them from the decks also. The open concept layout of the upstairs living room/ dining room /kitchen space was perfect for our family in our down time. All the furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with every thing we needed and more. The downstairs provided a king size master and the guest room has a twin/full combo bunk my kid loved. All were plush and we slept great. The pool at shipwatch is one of the best. It's large , kept clean and there are plenty of chairs and loungers for first to use. Our host was extremely accommodating with a last minute reschedule due to a family emergency and really saved the day. 10 out of 10 would recommend this booking.

The house was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The beach was only a few steps away. I could see the ocean from the dining room window and patio door. I really enjoyed my stay there and ended up extending my stay for another week. This is perfect beach vacation rental for a small family. I would rent this place again. I highly recommend this property.

This house was very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The house was very comfy and inviting. It is the perfect vacation spot for solo, couple, or small family vacations. The beach is just a few steps away, and you can see the ocean from the dining room window and balcony doors. You can also see the pool, which is very nice, from the dining room window. The area is very peaceful and not touristy at all, which I really love. I ended up extending my stay for another week. I highly recommend this property, and I would definitely rent this property again.

Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental. 4 balconies. Only used one. Wi-fi was on par with home and all my favorite grocery stores In reasonable distance. Even publix which I use when at our house in Fort Lauderdale. Had to leave for one day for a walk through on some land clearing/ 900’ driveway and home lot. Had late lunch with family and drove the three hours back because I wanted to get my beach walk in. Sorry rambling.
New driveway in person county. Ha!!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated everything was. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the ocean, making it easy to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted.The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and felt like a home away from home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the pride the owner takes in keeping the property in such excellent condition.We would absolutely stay here again!

I came to Topsail to take time away to rest and retreat, and fell in love with the solitude, serenity, and beauty this area holds! It has everything you need, including restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc., yet it is secluded feeling and quiet. I fell in love so much so that I wanted a place of my own that I could share with others!
