Thank you for your feedback, Francisco. We appreciate you choosing Andromeda at The Retreat and are glad to hear you found the space cozy. We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. At the time of your stay, Wi-Fi was not an offered amenity at this unit, which is why no Wi-Fi password was provided in the listing or check-in materials. Despite this, we received a phone call close to midnight, way beyond normal support hours, for the WiFi password that didn’t exist. Anyone asleep answering what was thought to be an emergency would have been frustrated to find out it was about a non existent password. Regarding special arrangements, we always strive to accommodate guest requests when they are confirmed in advance. Due to holiday travel and timing constraints, we were unable to coordinate additional arrangements during this stay. We take pride in providing professional, thoughtful hospitality and clear communication, which is reflected in the vast majority of our guest experiences. While we regret that this stay did not fully meet your expectations, the circumstances described above are not representative of the experience we are known for providing.
