スペースと���所に驚くべき価値！ 2019年の夏に新しく改装されたこのスプリットレベルのコンドミニアムは、テルライドにいる間に家に電話するための清潔で明るく便利な場所を提供します。 1階��は、リビングとダイニングエリアに開放されている品揃えの充実したキッチンをお楽しみください。 ソファでくつろいで、ROKU経由でお気に入りのフリックをストリーミングしたり、ボードゲームのテーブルに集まったりできます。 このプロパティ全体のカラフルなアートとモダンな照明は、その魅力に役立ちます。 屋外エリアのアディロンダックの椅子から日光��をしてください。 スキーラックとコートとギア用の十分なスペースを備えた泥室もあります。 2階には、1つのベッドルームだけで��く、デイベッドとタンドル付きのロフトスペースがあります。 マスターベ���ドルームには大きなフラットスクリーンテレビがあり、エレガントなバスルームにはシャワーとは別に洗面化粧台があり、1日の冒険の準備が簡単で便利です。

This was a comfortable, clean, and pleasant unit. It is close to downtown Telluride and convenient to restaurants, shops, the gondola, and the Film Festival venues. The amenities (towels, shampoo, etc.) were all top-notch. Just be aware (as is shown in the picture) that the bed and bathroom are up a flight of spiral stairs. It was a bit tricky getting suitcases up but otherwise fine.

We loved our stay at the Spruce Street Retreat! An ideal location for walking around Telluride. I’ve stayed in Mountain Village several times in the past but will be coming back to this property for sure! It was so clean and comfortable. Loved having the fully stocked kitchen, great amenities, and cozy bedrooms. The double vanity was really excellent. Parking was easy by following the host’s directions - they set us up with an electronic permit with the license plate of our rental car. We were able to find parking and just kept our car there and used the gondola system for transportation. Views were amazing the moment you walk out of the property. Great coffee shop kiddy corner and hiking trails less than a few blocks away. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Telluride Tucked Away

This was our family time in the mountains this year. Telluride didn’t disappoint. The apartment was cozy and met the needs for cooking our breakfast and late night snacks. The coffee and wine left by our host was a nice touch in helping us relax. The beds were just what we needed each night after hiking all over town and back to several waterfalls during our vacation. Construction on the unit next to ours as they connected under the same roof did wake us two morning but we were out an about most of the time. The apartment is a good place to sleep, maybe catch a movie, play a game of cards, and just relax in the evenings. Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect location!

This place was the perfect spot to land in Telluride! It was convenient location and walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay here again!

Tidy apartment close to everything

Beautiful, cozy, Telluride retreat

Spruce Street Retreat. This was our second consecutive year staying at this beautiful property! Hosts have thought of everything and our stay felt very comfortable and homey. Property was VERY clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Great location. You can walk easily to gondola, shops and dinner. We will definitely stay here every time were in Telluride. Thank you for the wine and coffee. A very classy touch.

Perfect condo close to gondola

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and there were all the items we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Our kids loved that there was a patio right out the door and they were able to play in the snow where we could still see them. The walk to the gondola is very manageable. The location of the condo couldn’t be better, we enjoyed taking the kids on a walk by the river and around the small lakes near the condo. Telluride is one of our favorite ski towns and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Location

Pros: Easy check-in and excellent communication. Excellent location - for example, Bear Creek and Bridal Veil Falls trail heads and gondola, shops within walking distance. Bed - nice, firm the way we like it. Clean sheets. Complimentary red wine on arrival was very nice touch. Appliances - very good, relatively new, clean and functional. Plentiful paper towels, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, dishes, silverware, cookware. Cons: Parking - somewhat difficult despite Host providing a "W" permit. You cannot park next to the entrance. The closest you can get is a block or 2 away. I found street signs poorly labeled as to "W" permit allowed and there were very few spaces available but we were more successful each day. Cleanliness - Admit I'm a clean freak but this unit is in need of a deep clean - carpets/floors nasty, kitchen cabinets gross, countertop peeling. Small - Can't imagine more than 2 occupants. Bathroom is super tiny. You can't have one person shower and someone else use the sink simultaneously. The other sink drain completely clogged. You must climb the spiral stairs each time you need to go. What would happen if 2 people had to go urgently? Only one toilet... Spiral Stairs - not "tall people" friendly - bonked my head more than a few times before learning to duck! Entry stairs considered a strenuous hike! Not easy hauling up our large suitcases. Zero views of the surrounding gorgeous mountains despite numerous windows.

Perfect for a Telluride Getaway

This was the perfect place for a Telluride get away. Newly furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and pillows, and updated kitchen and bath. Minutes from the gondola and Baked in Telluride (best breakfast place in town!). Excellent communication from host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

If you are coming to ski, this property is just a 5 min walk to the gondola. This location was excellent! Hosts were great and super flexible when we had some weather related travel hiccups. Would highly recommend this place for a stay!

Nice spot

Good location and cozy housing made this a nice option for our short stay. Clean , well appointed and bright. Limited live tv but you don’t come to Telluride to watch tv.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
