We had a fantastic trip! The house is across the street from the beach, and within a few blocks of so many bars and restaurants. Austin and Aidhee were both incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for a bachelorette trip and is full of fun surprises. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect location on South Beach, walkable to almost everything. Steps from the beach. The place is very nice, all the beds seem new and are quite comfortable. Slept 10 guys just fine with no one sharing a bed (including pull out couches).

The host was great! Clear communication, extremely welcoming, location was great and the amenities were top notch! I booked this for my husband’s 50th as a surprise, and they helped make it so special - and helped keep it a surprise. Very clear communication with me and then seamless handoff once the day came to communicate with the guys. Because the house was so elevated with the decor and top of the line everything - it made me look like a rockstar. Highly recommend booked for any group trip to Miami!

The property is stunning—sleek, modern, and beautifully designed, with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate a large group.The location is ideal, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and get around effortlessly. The home was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated, and every detail reflected care and quality.Austin, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the house manager, Aidhee, was equally wonderful—professional, kind, and always available when needed. This property exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Miami.

The residence is truly unique, being the only free standing residence on the promenade of South Beach. Located adjacent to Versace Mansion and across Ocean Drive to the beach, the location and accommodations are like nothing else you will find. We look forward to hosting you at Modern Mansion of Miami.
