This stunning 3-bedroom + enclosed den, 3-bathroom oceanview residence at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach offers an unparalleled luxury retreat. Designed for both comfort and style, this spacious condo features a primary suite with a king bed, a junior suite with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and an enclosed den for added privacy, equipped with two full beds—ideal for families or larger groups. The expansive double living room provides the perfect space to unwind, complete with a plush seating area and a sofa that converts into a sleeper for additional guests.

Step onto the fully furnished double balcony and take in breathtaking, unobstructed views of the turquoise Atlantic Ocean. Every detail of this meticulously curated space has been designed with elegance and sustainability in mind, featuring reclaimed wood accents, organic cotton sheets, soft cotton robes, and plush Keetsa mattresses in every sleeping area. Custom-designed furnishings and large flat-screen TVs throughout enhance the luxurious ambiance, making this the perfect coastal escape.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Clean and spacious. Beautiful location right on the beach with ocean views from every room. Onsite restaurants are excellent. In addition, it is walking distance to many other restaurants and shopping. There is even a SoulCycle right next door!

Girls trip

We took our annual girls trip to South Beach and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The hotel was perfect and we had access to all the pools/beach. Our place was wonderful, exactly as pictured in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us to hang out. The property manager was easy to reach and available. Truly a fantastic stay. I would definitely come back.

Fabulous Bday Getaway

Wonderful views, very clean, great amenities, including hotel amenity access, very comfortable beds. We definitely recommend this place for a group celebration. The only negative was check in, after running around we finally found out you need to check in the residence side, not the main hotel. Also some neighbors were noisy at night. Other than that it was a fabulous stay.

Awesome condo

Condo was great, it is part of 1 Hotel so it's essentially just like staying at the Hotel. I was initially concerned it wouldn't be connected, but it was and turned out to be great. We had full access to the pools, gym, restaurants, etc. This unit was great, on the 15th floor with amazing views. We had a small issue w/ the AC which the team addressed within 30 minutes which was great. Only negative is that the unit had a pretty bad odor we noticed each time we entered the unit, but it was mostly contained to the main living/kitchen and after some time in the unit we didn't notice it. Everything else was really great though, and we'd certainly stay again.

Beautiful place, some issues

We had multiple issues that were not responded to in a timely manner. A door handle fell off a bedroom and wasn’t fixed for 2 days. One of the showers didn’t drain either. Also took 2 days to fix.

great hotel / residence / but difficult agency

the 1homes residences we know for their high standards and great location. however the fivestarluxuryrental agency did not satisfy us. we had a delay at the incoming flight and at 22.00 evening no direct contact possible. call back requests not responded. no direct phonelined at all… no welcome folder with instruction…no info how to get into the wireless…no info about organizational things like trash, pool service, etc…. invoicong and payment process not correct. overall great appartment and hotel… but all agencies we had so far significant better.

Amazing Unit 10/10

This was our 4th time staying at the 1 hotel and 3rd time through VRBO. Five Star was hands down the best…from the concierge to the employees to our on site contact they were all incredible from beginning to end. Only way we will vacation moving forward. Great Place…bad manager

So we arrived at the condo…and were given the wrong room…a smaller unit. I had to fight with the manager about it being the wrong room and then fight for a refund. They were very cheap initially about the refund….but and we wasted a lot of time. We eventually got a reasonable refund…but beware the fine print. They never refunded the taxes. I have called and called and called and can’t even get anyone to call me back. It is unethical. So great condo…but I would not deal with this management team.

One Hotel, definitely one of my faves in South Beach.

Finally at 4:30, after I physically asked the room was ready. Not even close, the previous occupants had destroyed the room and when we walked in with out bags they were still cleaning the mess. The air conditioning units in the kitchen and bedroom were broken (in the ceiling) and leaking all over the floor. The safe didn’t work. The air was fixed, while we waited for parts etc. After all of this the room as still dirty. Five star did the room cleaned again, without my knowledge, with a broken safe, valuables inside. After the initial screw ups the condo was great.
