In the heart of Lisbon with 7 rooms and capacity for 14 people, Lisbon 7Rooms is a luminous 195 m2 apartment, fully equipped and recently renovated. 1st floor with elevator.



7 very comfortable bedrooms, each with TV and air conditioning, that gather all the comfort for a memorable stay with family, friends or work. Ideal for groups.



There is no living room, but there is a pleasant dining area by the kitchen



Central location in the Alameda area, with access to the main public transport, namely the metro stations - Alameda and Saldanha - with direct connection both to Lisbon airport and to the historical city center.

Miserable Stay – Jackhammering, Missing AC Units, and Accusations from Property Management

We booked this property for a three-night stay but left after just one night because the conditions were completely unlivable. The listing claimed the home had seven air conditioning units—in reality, only three worked, and two were completely missing. The remaining units either didn’t turn on or just blew warm air, leaving most of the house stifling in the heat.To make matters worse, there was jackhammering directly above us early in the morning—loud, relentless, and impossible to ignore. Combine that with mosquitos throughout the home and multiple non-working TVs, and it was clear the property was nowhere near what was advertised.After voicing our concerns, the property management company accused us of lying. Instead of addressing the issues or showing any empathy, they deflected responsibility and were shockingly dismissive.This property is falsely advertised and poorly managed. If you value comfort, honesty, or a peaceful stay, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.
Missing AC unit in one of the rooms. There were two total missing units. The property manager said there would be 7 AC units in all
Another AC unit where the tube was damaged. This was also one of two where the tube was damaged. The property manager blamed this on us and accused us of disconnecting the unit.

Apartment for groups

The apartment is in a good location for sightseeing in Lisbon, suitable for larger groups. We had an issue with the drainage in the showers, but the owner responded and resolved it. If you need a place just to sleep without high expectations, for a larger group, this is a good choice."

Family Vacation

We enjoyed a week in Lisbon. This apartment was in a great location, close to the metro, and, of course, there were Ubers available. The neighborhood was quiet, but there were places to eat and a supermarket a couple blocks away. The only downside is that there is no common living area, but the kitchen table was large enough for us all to sit at.

Las habitaciones están muy equipadas y limpias. La ubicación es perfecta. Los 3 baños están operativos. La calle es muy tranquila. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario tanto en electrodomésticos como en menaje. Faltaban radiadores para todas las habitaciones y había que compartir 2 para 7 habitaciones. Saltaba el diferencial de la luz en el momento que tenías el microondas y algún radiador encendido simultáneamente. Deberían aumentar la potencia contratada. En la zona de cocina destinada a comer se echa en falta una televisión.

Nuestra experiencia en Lisboa fue fantástica!! El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotografías sobre todo para grupos grandes. Perfectamente equipado (todos los electrodomésticos en cocina además de menaje, toallas y amenities para todas), camas cómodas y bien ubicado. Geräumige und saubere Wohnung für bis zu 14 Personen mit insgesamt 3 Bädern. Betten waren sehr bequem und Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Tiefkühltruhe und Geschirrspüler. Der Esstisch in der Küche ist sehr beengt und Max für 12 Personen geeignet. Einen separaten Aufenthaltsraum gibt es nicht. Die Wohnung liegt ein klein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums. Man hat jedoch zwei U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe und ist in ca 45 Min auch zu Fuß an den beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

The Apartment was amazing value loved every room in the house . it was so clean and spacious.. with a beautiful balcony room great location would highly recommend for a groupfamily vacation. I think a sitting room would of been nice for everyone to relax and sit around and talk. but it wasn't a huge necessary.
