TOP FLOOR
• Spacious Main Bedroom 1 (King Size - sleeps 2), En-suite Bathroom (bath and shower) with mountain / sea views
• Main Living area, Dining table and chairs, lounge with fireplace, sliding doors
• Open plan, fully equipped Kitchen, with separate scullery.
• TV Lounge with TV, WIFI, Netflix and DSTV Now
• Second Entrance via Scullery from overflow parking area (outside property fence).
• Wrap around patio, wood fired barbecue, uninterrupted views of bay
MIDDLE FLOOR
• Driveway and open parking space for 2 cars (Garage not for guest use)
• Main Entrance door and foyer
• Desk space for laptop
• Bedroom 2 (single bed - sleeps 1) shares Bathroom adjacent to it with Bedroom 4
• Bedroom 3 (King size - sleeps 2) with En-suite Bathroom + doors opening onto patio with views of sea

• Bedroom 6 Three single bunk beds - sleeps 3 children / teenagers) with bathroom adjacent to entrance with doors opening onto pool area and deck. There are an additional 2 x single pull out beds (not normally included) that can be requested for additional children, subject to host approval.

• Staircases link the three floors of our home

• Beaches and other attractions within 2-10 minute drive
Other Things to Note:
1. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
2. Please sign the liability waiver sent via email to you with your booking confirmation email from us.
3. It is a minimum requirement to have at least 1 x domestic cleaner per 6 guests for a morning each day due to the size of the home. A domestic maid service for your reservation will be charged in addition to your booking and check-out cleaning fee. We will send you the options along with a request for payment after your reservation is confirmed.
4. Important: Our properties are protected by Safeguest. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Safeguest directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
Interaction with Guests:
1. We love giving you the personal touch, that's why we will meet you on check-in to show you around and get you settled in.
2. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away.
