Check in was a cinch and the kitchen had everything we needed! The location was perfect and the outdoor shower was heavenly. The decor is adorable. The entire week was fabulous. The owners are sweethearts and the neighbors were so kind.

Truly seconds from the sand!

So convenient to the beach and a lovely space with indoor and outdoor showers. The front porch had a large table and we ate every meal out there. We loved our stay and plan to return next year!!

Adorable Affordable

The best part was being on the same block as the rest of my family, at an affordable price. The place was perfectly sized for all of us. And to top that off, it was adorable, clean, and cozy, yet with plenty of space for all of us

Perfect location right next to the beach. Its about a 5 minute walk with a 2 year old from the front door to the ocean edge. The house itself has A/C in each room which was nice. You really dont need a car once you get there. You can walk to some great restaurants like Ropewalk and there is a store that has beach blankets and umbrellas a few minutes walk from the house. We had an issue upon arrival, but our host was quick to respond and rectify. Would definitely go back again. Picture was taken from the front door.

Host was wonderful with easy communication! The rooms were big enough to accommodate our family as expected. The proximity to the beach was our main attraction and we were very pleased with the ease of parking in the back when the front was full. Things we needed to supply included trash bags, extra toilet paper, towels, and three sets of queen sized sheets. That was probably the only real hassle - we didn’t own three sets of queen sheets, so I had to buy some. Plus, having to pack sheets, bath towels, and beach towels for five people took up precious cargo space in the car. There is a small apartment sized washer and dryer in one of the closets, which we used once for a couple of shirts and a dress. It really is small, which was great because I let the family know I wasn’t planning on doing laundry on my vacation! In addition, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, so we saved money on eating out. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great Location

The location was amazing being so close to the beach! We comfortably fit the five of us. It wasn’t explicitly clear to bring sheets/linens so we had to get some sheets so be sure to pack those! We had to give the stove a good scrub since some burnt leftover food underneath caused a bit of a fire hazard our first use. The place was clean overall. All in all it was a great stay and can’t beat the location!

Grey goose vacation

We had a great time at Grey Goose. Nice house 3 bedrooms was great. Very close to ocean. We were able to catch bus everywhere which was nice. Would stay again.

Great stay in OC

This property worked really well for us. Very nice space, close to beach and other family vacationing the same week, nice outdoor spaces and washer and dryer. The property owner was excellent to work with and accommodating- just overall lovely in answering questions and making the reservations and responding.

Wonderful

Great vacation

We had a great stay and this place had everything we needed and more. We hope to stay again in the future! It was by far our best rental in OC and we can’t wait to return. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

I am a teacher and my wife is a small business owner. We reside in WV close to historic Harpers Ferry. Our family is a large extended group and all have enjoyed the Gray Goose at one time or another.

The Gray Goose is just the right place to relax on the beach, enjoy the wonderful, nearby restaurants and unique shopping experiences. I enjoy fishing on the bayside or oceanfront. But, catching up on reading while listening to the ocean sounds is quite relaxing also. There are nearby miniature golf or water parks for the children-that is if they get tired of playing in the sand and ocean.
