Tanglewood Villa 101 offers you a cozy, updated property with a fantastic South end location right in the heart of Forest Beach. Guests will enjoy a short 5-7 minute (1Block) walk to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza offering numerous shops, restaurants & night life. Fun for all ages. The unit is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, washer & dryer as well as 2 TVs. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and the guest bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 twin size bed plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the added privacy that this ground floor flat end unit provides as well as the view of the courtyard and pool from the deck just off of the living room. Designated parking is located just outside of the entry door as well as guest spots if you need to bring an additional car. There are 2 grills available to guests adjacent to the pool and the nearby Low Country Celebration Park located on the South side of Pope Avenue has a playground, open field and serves as host to many festivals & concerts throughout the year.

Beach getaway

The condo was very nice and centrally located. We were able to walk or ride our bikes to the grocery, restaurants and shopping. Close to the beach! The condo had everything we needed.

We booked through Seashore Vacations and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a problem turning on the tv, made a call to Seashore, and within the hour we had a knock on the door and the problem was resolved. The condo was clean, comfortable and we were more than satisfied with our week there. There are signs and directions everywhere to help you navigate through all of the amenities. We would love to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in, great communication, nice condo. Would be nice to know there was beach gear provided in the house before I rented gear. You can hear everything going on the condo above (but that's condo living). I didn't give a 5 on cleanliness because the bathroom rug in guest bath was dirty, trash under the end table in living, and the back porch table/chairs were not clean (dirt and pollen) and leaves all over (never swept). Easy walk to the beach (with shuttles being near) and to restaurants. I had to contact the rental because there were no parking passes once we arrived but the communication was fast and easy.

The unit is nice upon first glance with very convenient parking. The carpet in both bedrooms are in desperate need of cleaning/replacement. There is hard flooring in the rest of the unit which is good. The unit needs some basic updates, the vertical blinds are falling out of the holders. When you enter the unit they’re all open wide and let in a ton of sunlight which is great. When you close the blinds they start falling out. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and it was very nice to be able to make a breakfast if we wanted to. The Coffeemaker, I saw the unit has both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee pot. We went to the grocery store after dropping off our luggage and bought k-cups among other groceries. The next morning I tour. In the Keurig and the descale button is on. That’s a major issue for coffee person like myself. To their credit they delivered another coffee ale the same day. The small bathroom had hair in the shower, it is a tiny bathroom, but functional. My husband cleaned it himself because I was having a really hard time dealing with the stained carpets. They were BAD. We stayed the first week of April. There is a pool, they clean it every morning, but it was pollen season so the pool is cold and covered in pollen buds by mid-morning. I talked to one of the pool guys and he said it doesn’t normally warm up until mid-May. However, you are a 5 minute walk to the beach depending on your fitness level, even with a small child.
