We had a great stay at Hampton Haven. It is close to hiking trails and Wautaga Lake. It is also perfect for a larger family. We had a lot of room to hang out in the beautiful kitchen/family room area. The wrap around deck and fire pit area was a wonderful bonus and we enjoyed both. The kitchen is well stocked and having extra supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags was also a very convenient and appreciated.

The property was the perfect mountain vacation for our family visiting Tennessee. The kitchen has an exceptional amount of cookware, which made it very easy for us to cook a wide variety of meals at home. It has a massive island in the kitchen, and the gas fireplace in the living room was super cozy. Plenty of space for the kids and dog to run around and play. Also, we saw wild turkey and deer walking just a few yards from the house. I highly reccomend this property.

I’m delighted to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay! The kitchen and living room is definitely my favorite place in the house as well. And the deer and turkey are regular visitors. Glad to you got to meet them.

The house is so beautiful inside. Modern appliances and everything. My complaint is the cleaning fee is 300. This is particularly egregious in an area where wages are very low. I just had my house (same size) deep cleaned for 300. One would think if you were charged such an excessive cleaning fee, then you as the renter would have to do nothing. No, you do half of what a cleaning service would do. This site should look into abnormal fees like this.
