The Space:

This wonderful condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical gardens and pools. It was recently remodeled, it's been beautifully decorated, and it offers many amenities. The main bedroom, the second bedroom, and the living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to help you complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the open living room houses a sectional, a TV, and a DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were nice and location was great. Having bunk beds in a hallway, was the only downfall. Overall, very pleased with the property.

Location was perfect

Condo was perfect location for sitting on the porch overlooking pool and beach. Beach and pool access was easy. Walking distance to Stewbys, Hightide restaurant and ice cream.

Great for families!

Our unit was close to elevator, beach, and pool. We enjoyed the 2 beach chairs each day, the DVD rental, and fitness center. Resort was walking distance to a few shops, restaurants, and also Gulfarium. We would definitely stay again! Unit described 2nd King room with bathroom- there was not a bathroom in 2nd king room. The second bathroom was in bunk room.

Perfection

Our favorite stay at waterscape yet! The view is PERFECTION and my favorite part. The condo is huge. So much space for the 5 of us. There’s a closet full of beach toys and chairs and a closet with games. It’s conveniently located right across from the elevator making quick access to beach and pool. The oyster bar right across the street is really, try the bang bang shrimp. On the way in you pass a Publix just over the bridge making grabbing groceries painless. We will most definitely be back.

Family vacation

Beautiful unit for our family, nice location and great access to the beach and pool. Only down fall was the air conditioning was not working properly. Never really got cool. Maintenance did come quickly to fix the bathtub, however still didn’t fix the secondary tub. Very convenient to elevator. Overall was a good experience.

Everything good, clean. Have noticed the updates on the property since last time we were there. The pool and lazy River were very low on water-below the drains which may explain some of the debris floating? This is the second time in this condo. Almost doubled in price-needs some updates. VERY warm in there. I know it was hot but the bedrooms were not comfortable for sleeping. One bedroom at least 19 degrees warmer than others. I did notice kitchen appliances had been updated which was nice. Everything I notified Vacasa about was answered fast!

Very convenient to eateries, beach and shopping.

I would stay at the property again, though we had a couple of items that didn't work properly or at all. Namely the TV in the master bedroom, and the microwave in the kitchen. Though it didn't bother me too much, I do think fresh touch-up painting here and there needs to be a constant consideration. I believe that it would increase the over presentation (look) of the unit, as well as pressing washing the sidewalks and walls.

Incorrect information provided by the Staff and in printed literature over parking was a concern that turned out to be nothing . Although the property was well maintained getting breakfast before noon was impossible due to the lack of business able to handle tourist population. At a Waffle House next door I was told they would brew more coffee when ever they found the time by the Jamaican employees. On my next visit I plan to utilize the kitchen more often
