The house was fantastic for our family vacation!! The backyard was amazing - the yard, the pool, the outdoor games, grill & Blackstone, all of it! Great location, so close to the river! Will look for this house again if we return to Concan!

We as grandparents were unable to go on the trip. But according to my grandchildren, they had so much fun at this area. It was PERFECT! Everything about this place was awesome . The HOST Nicole, was excellent. She was there 24/7 to answer any questions or issues you might have. We as grandparents will go next year. Grandkids said they definitely want this place. Makes my heart happy. Thank you Nicole.

The house was perfect for our group. Great value for the money and the owner was resistive when we needed them. My only complaint is the pool was not clean.

The property was exceptionally well-kept and clean, featuring all the essential amenities that make ideal vacation homes. The host was incredibly friendly, courteous, and welcoming. She even went above and beyond by shipping us back an item we had forgotten at the property.

Great place for 4 families! Each room has its own bathroom, and the outdoor space was a hit for our kiddos. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed eating at home each night. Very little traffic, as this is in a gated community. Our guys played several rounds of golf, and the location was perfect for them to play and us to chill at the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for multi-family gatherings

Perfect for Big Groups and Familys

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with 4 families total, and it was the absolute perfect setup for us. The layout of the house is so unique and fun—it really made the trip special. Even with a large group, there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space without ever feeling crowded. If you are traveling with a big crew, this is the place to book. Highly recommend!
