The Space:
This 900 m² linear penthouse, ideally located facing Ipanema Beach, boasts four bedrooms, including two suites, and three balconies. Its vast oceanfront patio offers spectacular 180° views, stretching from Arpoador to the famous Dois Irmãos Mountains.
The living area includes a large, bright living room, two adjoining bedrooms, and a charming winter garden opening onto the terrace. The inviting dining room can accommodate up to eight guests, and the fully equipped kitchen is located just off the property. The master suite, adjoining the patio, also benefits from this exceptional panorama, while the other bedrooms are harmoniously arranged to ensure comfort and privacy.
A housekeeper residing in the annex provides daily maintenance and cleaning, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind.
Guest Access:
This magnificent penthouse can accommodate up to 8 people, ideally families or couples of friends.
You will need to provide us with copies of the IDs of all tenants so that we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.
Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone else into the property. However, if you wish to invite a few friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be announced at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.
In addition to tenants, each guest must also provide ID to enter the building. Therefore, there will be a separate guest list.
It will not be possible to enter the building with anyone who has not been announced before your check-in.
Parties are obviously prohibited, as is loud music after 10 p.m.
The Neighborhood:
You can enjoy the beach, the sunset, the kiosks with live music, restaurants with all kinds of cuisine. There are also excursions such as speedboats, jet skis, hiking, Sugar Loaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer.
Getting Around:
Access to the address is very easy as the building is located on Ipanema's frontline
The penthouse is located:
- 50 meters from the famous Ipanema Beach
- A 2 minute walk from the metro station
- A 45-minute drive from the airport
The great advantage of this superb location is that you can do everything on foot!

Group composition: Please specify the number of men, women, and children. Identification: Provide a copy of the tenants' IDs to create a list for the building's front desk.
