The on-site housekeeper provides daily maintenance, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Group composition: Please specify the number of men, women, and children. Identification: Provide a copy of the tenants' IDs to create a list for the building's front desk. Guests: Overnight stays prohibited: Tenants cannot host additional people overnight. Daytime visits: Allowed for lunch, dinner, or drinks, with at least 24-hour prior notice and an ID for each guest. Controlled access: Anyone not declared before check-in will not be allowed entry. House rules: Parties and noise: Parties are prohibited, and loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM. Fines: Non-compliance with the rules will result in fines. Responsibility: Strict adherence to the rules is required to maintain the building's peace and good neighborly relations. This magnificent penthouse can accommodate up to 8 people, ideally families or couples of friends.
You will need to provide us with copies of the IDs of all tenants so that we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.
Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone else into the property. However, if you wish to invite a few friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be announced at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.
In addition to tenants, each guest must also provide ID to enter the building. Therefore, there will be a separate guest list.
It will not be possible to enter the building with anyone who has not been announced before your check-in.
