Enjoy incredible mountain views as you relax in our `French Cottage` inspired home. This home sits at top of mountain road giving you the best views of the mountains ahead. Perfect location with easy access to both Black Mountain and Asheville. Large Hot tub, fenced in yard, fire pit, and so much more. Plenty of space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Beds include 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 full, and twin bunk beds. Open floorplan with large dining area connected to living room so everyone can enjoy time together.

Nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, and water activities. Just 20 mins from Biltmore Estates and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars.

We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please secure the bins when putting out trash (the bins are bear proof so just make sure you close them).

This home is located in a neighborhood and their are house close by, quiet hours are 9pm-8am. Please do not be outside making loud noises or playing music at those times. Also note the road is winding and drive is a little steep, please be cautious when driving. Road and driveway are paved, 4 wheel drive not necessary but helpful.
Seasonal weather conditions are expected and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts, road conditions, and securing travel insurance.

Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.

No Parties- please be respectful of neighbors and noise levels. Quiet hours between 9pm and 8am

If you move furniture please put back where originally found.

Pets Allowed with Pet Fee, limited 2 pets.

Weapons are not allowed on property.


There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
