No parties or loud noise after 10 PM. Violations may result in a $2,000 penalty and cancellation.
No smoking — penalty $500.
Trash collection: Mondays & Thursdays — place bins on the curb the night before.
Pool maintenance: Fridays, takes ~20 minutes, and does not require entering the home.
