Resort amenities, including pools and hot tubs, are HOA-managed and subject to availability or closure. Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, and trail conditions.

A brief guest registration form is required before check-in details are released. A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
