Park your car and get ready to relax and enjoy your own private luxury peninsula in East Fort Lauderdale. This unique property boasts 4 beds, 4 baths, and a backyard playground. The pool, cabana, outdoor dining area, fire pit, dock, and canal will make you never want to leave. If you do crave adventure, the city of Fort Lauderdale is at your finger tips. Your family will be 4mi from the Beach, 1.2 mi form Las Olas, 2 mi from the River walk, and close to some of the best bars and restaurants. There is a blow up mattress available if you have a large family. The home is located on a canal with a dock, if you are interested in bringing a boat. This home can only be rented through Danielle at Goodheart Property Management. Please call with any questions. $609/$467 or $0184. We would love to accommodate you.

Clean, well appointed property,

Spent a week with the whole family. The house was clean and well organized. The host was very accommodating. Was a very comfortable stay and property.

The host was very responsive and easy to contact. While at first glance the street the house was on looked uncertain and the house didn’t have much street appeal, once we got inside, it was very nice and suited our needs well. It does need some TLC but it was clean and inviting with high end appliances. Close to a grocery store and a nice wine store. We would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic place!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available to answer any questions we had. She was very accommodating and friendly. Thank u Danielle

Perfect Getaway!

I did a lot of research before I made a final decision on my stand fort Lauderdale and I'm glad My family and I stayed here.. The property itself was beautiful having access to the sun all day long was great. The pool was the highlight for my kids and the gazebo was my favorite part to just sit and relax. There was plenty of space for them to run around in the yard as well. The house itself was very clean very up-to-date and well kept. All the rooms were a great size and very comfortable The house was equipped for what was needed for our stay. The location was great not very far from the beach and lots of excursions in the area. Danielle was a great host and was very attentive and very quick with her responses if I had any questions. We would definitely book this home again..
