MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 30.

Guest making the reservation must be present during the entire stay.

No parties, local gatherings, or events.

Property is non-smoking. No smoking/drugs/vaping is allowed. Guest will be charged an additional fee of $500 for smoking and/or vaping in the house and/or in pool area.

Park in garage and/or driveway ONLY. Parking on street is NOT permitted. No more than 3 vehicles are permitted.

No pets allowed without permission of owner.

Quiet Hours 9PM-9AM.

Guests shall refrain from unnecessary activities that produce noise louder than ordinary, particularly in the evening hours. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Although private, there are neighbors on both sides and behind the property. We certainly want guests to enjoy themselves, but this simply is NOT a party house.

No glass in the pool, pool deck, nor outdoor patio area.

Clean grill after every use. Keep grill away from pool enclosure screening.

We have many available amenities and we want you to enjoy them all! If you use something, please put it back where you found it.

Host/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

Government issued ID may be required to be provided within 48 hours of booking

Rental Agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking and before check in.

Subleasing is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancelation of stay as well as the forfeiture of the remaining reservation amount.


The following ONLY applies to stays longer than 27 days:
1. Your stay is subject to a credit and/or background check. In the event that any of these are unsatisfactory to host, guest agrees to cancel reservation within 24 hours of host notifying guest of such. $50 cost of background check to be paid by guest.
2. Pets MAY be allowed by exception.
3. Additional security deposit required.
