This is a great house. Plenty of room and the host was beyond super nice. It’s really convenient to Oakhill, downtown Fayetteville, and New River. We will stay here again.

Great place! Clean, comfy. Was here running the Rim to River 100 and my husband and friends who were my crew/pacers loved how centrally located it was for the course. Right near town with easy access to the shops and restaurants there. Would definitely stay again!

The property is exactly as described. It's an old house, but the beds are comfortable and the main/sitting room are great for family. It was so close to Fayetteville - we loved it. Bobby is so nice too! The house is right off a main road, but we brought noise machines and it was no problem. A great homebase for hiking and white water rafting!

House was perfect for our family rafting trip. Clean, convenient to rafting. Kitchen was small but good for a 2 day stay. Loved the fire pit in the back! We roasted hot dogs and made s’mores. Check in was easy as was checking out. Will definitely be back next time we come to raft!

The property was clean, comfortable, and close to most of our interests. I had to contact Bobby once, and he immediately took care of the problem. We hope to get back to the area, and we would use the house again.

The house is close to town and any adventures that you choose. There were 7 adults on our trip and we all had enough room. The hot tub was nice. We had a small issue during our stay and Bobby answered right away and the issue was fixed. Would definitely recommend.

It was okay

Great location if you’re looking to do water activities on the river but kitchen space was small and inadequate if you’re looking to cook for a group. The floor was dirty and a lot of stuff in the kitchen was not cleaned properly. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep for the night then you’ll be fine.

Plenty of room and convenient location

This was a great place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting the national park. We had plenty of room to spread out, and were close to the activities that Fayetville offered.

The perfect spot!

This house was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Our group of 8 fit perfectly, with room for yard games, and activities. Close to local shops and restaurants, but still felt like we were enjoying the mountain life. Host was quick to respond to every question!

Perfect location for exploring New River Gorge area. We loved our trip. The house was clean, mattresses fairly new and comfortable, plenty of pillows. Host easy to communicate with. No issues. Be aware the house is right next to a road--I found the noise and lights bothersome when trying to sleep, but earplugs helped.

Quaint older home

Great location to all businesses. Road noise is loud on the porch and in the house. Old house so everyone is awake once one person is up. Clean and cute.

Comfortable 4BR house with a terrific wrap around porch. Everything worked. Plenty of propane for the grill. All the pans and utensils you would typically need.

Great place close to everything!

Stayed for a long weekend. Close to hiking trails, ACE whitewater and about 30 minutes from Summersville Lake. House is nice with some really cute decorations and slept nine of us comfortably. A/C worked really well and the deck around the back and sides was great to sit on. Nice firepit for s'mores!

Great location

We were very happy with the location of this house to Fayetteville, shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. Yes, the house is next to a road, but within minutes it became background noise and did not bother any of us. There was plenty of room for everyone and the side room was perfect for playing games.

Good weekend

The property is in a great location, close to lots of activities. Great porch, nice backyard and the owner was very helpful. Overall this is an easy 4.5. There we few detractors.

Great location & plenty of space!

Bobby's house was in a great location! It is close to restaurants, visitor center, and trail heads. The house was sufficiently stocked and clean enough. The house makes good use of the four bedrooms by including extra beds in two of the rooms. Bobby was very responsive with communications, which is always appreciated! Thanks for a fun "girls' weekend!"

Beds, Bass, and Beyond started out as a place for our fishing guests and just evolved through the renovation process into a vacation lodge.
