Excellent place to stay. It was even nicer than it appears in the photos. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our family on a campus visit for our son. Very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. If we come back to Phoenix we will stay here again.

Great place, super comfy beds, luxurious bedding. Big house with two family rooms. Tv's in bedrooms and two bedrooms have King Beds which is rare but awesome. Very nice furnishings & location was great as its close to ASU, a 11 min drive. Nice yard to sit by the pool in the sun

I absolutely loved this home. Honestly I don't think the pictures online do it any justice. It is so beautiful. The multiple conversation rooms makes it the perfect spot for gatherings. The pool is a perfect amenity for this Arizona weather. This will be my first choice any time I need a home away from home in this area.

Easy code access entry. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Pool is huge and perfect to cool off in on those hot, hot days. Beds and pillows were excellent. Nice layout with lots of seating and separate areas if the guests don’t want to be together all the time. Location excellent for quick freeway access or down into town. Grocery and gas very close. Too marks all around.

Hi there! We’re Brandon and Jessica, a husband-and-wife team who met playing college volleyball and fell in love with hospitality along the way.

We’re Arizona locals who know all the best spots - from hidden hiking trails with stunning desert views to the coolest local restaurants that tourists never find. Having both played competitive volleyball, we understand the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and making sure everyone has a great experience.

What we love about hosting:
🏐 Just like volleyball, hospitality is all about serving others and creating winning experiences
🌵 Sharing our love for Arizona’s incredible weather, outdoor adventures, and vibrant culture
🏡 Creating a “home away from home” where you can truly relax and recharge
📚 Helping visitors discover Tempe’s unique charm - from ASU game days to Mill Avenue’s energy

We’ve traveled extensively ourselves and know what makes a stay memorable: clean, comfortable spaces, thoughtful touches, and hosts who genuinely care about your experience. Whether you need restaurant recommendations, directions to the best sunset spot, or tips for beating the Arizona heat, we’re here to help.

We live nearby and are always available if you need anything, but we also respect your privacy and space. Our goal is simple: make your Tempe stay so amazing that you can’t wait to come back!

Welcome to the Valley of the Sun - we can’t wait to host you!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Picture this: You’re staying in the heart of it all, perfectly positioned for every Arizona adventure! Our neighborhood is that sweet spot where convenience meets charm - you’re at the center of everything whether you’re exploring Tempe’s vibrant energy, Phoenix’s urban attractions, or Scottsdale’s upscale desert vibe. Plus, you’re minutes from the highways that whisk you away to Arizona’s mountain escapes in Sedona, Prescott, Pine, and Flagstaff.

What makes this place extra special to us? This is our very first home - the house where Jess and I started our married life together. Every corner holds memories of our early adventures, and now we’re thrilled to share that same sense of “home” with our guests.

The location is absolutely perfect: close enough to ASU to feel the college energy (especially during game days!), but far enough away to enjoy peaceful evenings without the campus noise. We love that it strikes that ideal balance.

What we enjoy most about our neighborhood:
🚶‍♀️ The incredible sense of community - there are always friendly neighbors out walking, jogging, or walking their dogs
🌳 We’re just half a mile from a gorgeous park that’s perfect for morning runs, sunset strolls, or impromptu picnics
🏡 The tree-lined streets and well-maintained homes create such a welcoming atmosphere
🔒 It’s wonderfully safe - you’ll feel completely comfortable exploring on foot any time of day

There’s something magical about staying in a place where love stories begin. We hope you create your own special memories here!

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property truly stand out? It’s the rare combination of premium features that you simply won’t find elsewhere in the area!

🏊‍♀️ Big Beautiful Pool - Our spacious backyard oasis is perfect for beating the Arizona heat! Whether you’re starting your day with morning laps or unwinding with evening cocktails poolside, this is your private desert resort.

🏡 Rare Split Floor Plan - We have one of the very few split floor plans in the neighborhood, giving you incredible privacy and space. Perfect for families, friend groups, or couples who want their own retreat areas. The thoughtful layout maximizes both togetherness and personal space.

📐 Premium Corner Lot - Enjoy extra privacy, expanded outdoor space, and that coveted “end unit” feel. More room to spread out, better natural light, and additional parking - corner lots are always the most desirable!

✨ Recently Updated Throughout - We’ve thoughtfully renovated with modern travelers in mind. Fresh finishes, updated amenities, and contemporary touches while maintaining the home’s welcoming character.

🎯 The Perfect Combo - Most properties have one standout feature, but ours delivers the complete package: space, privacy, luxury amenities, and modern updates all in one incredible location.

This isn’t just a place to stay - it’s a premium experience that rivals high-end resorts, but with the comfort and privacy of your own home. Once you experience the split floor plan privacy and that amazing pool, you’ll understand why our guests keep coming back!
