We truly had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The host was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The cottage had everything we needed with wonderful amenities and all the little extras we could possibly think of. We were especially happy with the extra items for beach use (wagon, umbrella, chairs, sand buckets, boogie board, etc). We loved that it was within walking distance to so much!

The place was perfect for our family of four. Very close to the beach and the pool is amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely be going back, as our son is stationed at Cape Canaveral.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house! The location is absolutely perfect - walk to the beach for sunrises and sunsets, plus play in the amazing pool in between! The private and tropical backyard is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. The house is in a quiet and clean neighborhood, and everyone we encountered was so friendly. The home is located in an area convenient to all areas - Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, and Cape Canaveral. We had such a good time and can’t wait to return!

Cocoa Beach

A wonderful house with great accommodations in Cocoa Beach. Everything you need can be walked or biked to. Sit on the front porch and watch rocket blast-offs.

Good times

Very tidy home, nice mix of a older design with a modern twist, with a very nice heated pool and beautiful garden. Clean and cozy, close to tons of stuff to do in walking distance. Beautiful beach, block away, got to watch actual rocket lunch from the shore, and successful landing as well (space x)All together highly recomend!!

Excellent beach home

The home and location are perfect for a vacation in Cocoa Beach all amenities are nearby and the beach is at the end of the street. We really enjoyed the heated pool. One small housekeeping issue when we arrived which was resolved very quickly, by wonderful communication with the owner and a response crew that were instantly available. I recommended this place.

Property was just as described and very comfortable. The pool was immaculate and landscaping around pool was lovely. The entire yard was very well done.

Simply wonderful!

Blue Palm Cottage really is one of the nicest holiday homes we've stayed in - as a family, we just fell in love with it. We especially loved the garden with its lush planting and great pool heated to a perfect temperature. The house is just as advertised, very comfortable, very clean and super well equipped. The beach is literally at the end of the street - perfect - whilst everything you need - shops, amenities and attractions - are within a few minutes car ride. Check in is easy and great communication from Dee the host. We were thrilled to watch a rocket launch from the front garden early one morning which lit up the sky like it was dawn. We are a family of five from England: we had eight days of beautiful weather and honestly, I wish we'd booked another week. We arrived home to the faintly damp, battleship-grey skies of Britain... but Blue Palm got under our skin and we hope to return before too long.

Awesome again!

2nd time staying here. Everything was great...the pool and backyard are a private oasis. The short walk to the beautiful beach is an added bonus. Great neighborhood...alot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Cant wait to come back again!

Couldn't be better

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay at Blue Palm. From start to finish, everything was as expected or better - great communication with Dee Dee; easy check-in; well-stocked home; and the best backyard and pool. I was thrilled that the pool had a very shallow area that was perfect for my granddaughter, and there was a good assortment of floats and chairs. The outside table was perfect for pizza (I highly recommend Papa Vito's around the corner). I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, as my daughter lives in the area. This was by far my favorite, and we look forward to returning.

The property and house were beautiful! Exactly like the pictures, and the living space was actually larger than what I was expecting. Proximity to the beach was great! The host was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. I would highly recommend this property!
