The bedrooms feature a master suite with a king bed and its own full bathroom, queen bed with full bathroom, bunk room with a full bed, a set of bunk beds with a trundle, a full size sleeper sofa and a large couch, ensuring a variety of sleeping options for guests. All bedrooms have their own tv's along with living room. With amenities like AC, heating, and hair dryers, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and another hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy the roomy farmhouse kitchen ready for your stay, with all the tools you need to cook and bake as if you were home. Relax with a selection of flavored teas and hot chocolate mixes. The serene farmhouse was exactly as pictured and exceeded my expectations! It accommodated my family of four plus two aunts and grandparents, so eight total, very comfortably. In the 90plus degree weather we had all week, the AC kept the house very comfortable and my temperature-sensitive sister really appreciated that! We also appreciated the extra bedding and towels provided! We were visiting our cousins in Montrose most days, which was only 11 minutes away from the farmhouse, so it was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely book again if we come to visit again! Oh, and my kids loved thr barn cats!! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Very nice house just outside of town in a private setting. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only comment on the property is that the front bedroom is bright. While we didn't have any trouble with our 12-year-old sleeping in that room, it may cause younger kids to wake up early. Our 12-year-old did enjoy petting the outdoor cats. The night sky was gorgeous with all the stars.

Chris our host was very accommodating as we were there as our daughter had passed away unexpectedly. He answered our questions promptly. The house was perfect for our needs and gave us plenty of room. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. Beautiful bedroom furniture and artwork throughout the house.

The property was exceptionally clean and offered plenty of space for a comfortable stay. They even have some puzzles and board games for you to enjoy. Parking was easy and convenient. We even enjoyed the company of a friendly barn cat- we wish we knew his name! The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our reservation by an extra day when we needed more time. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing stay. Very clean, lots of space, had everything we needed, and well situated to see the amazing stars at night. We had a group of 6 and an infant and there was more than enough beds for everyone to have their own space. The bathrooms are in each bedroom but that was no issue for us. Bedding was very clean, towels and wash clothes were clean and everything was very comfortable and accommodating. We will be visiting often and will choose this as our option should it be available. Also, the host was very quick to respond! Great stay and I highly recommend.

Quiet country setting, we stayed 4 nights for a family wedding. Chris is very communicative and quick responses. Easy access with nice parking. Our 27 yr old son stayed with us and for 2 night 2 young men his age that all had parts in the wedding. Only downside we experienced was both bathrooms are accessed only thru the bedrooms. No access from living areas. Place is very clean, beds are super comfy, bathrooms are updated, living room has plenty of seating…. WiFi is good. Did not use TV. Front bunk room has some road noise in the mornings. Would definitely stay again

Great Property not far from Montrose and Black Canyon of Gunnison NP. The host was very accommodating and had good communication. Clean house with all the necessary amenities.

Our stay was amazing and just what we needed for our large family. It’s a cute country home that made us feel like we were home while away from home. When we arrived, I called the host to let him know we arrived and to ask a question. Even though we arrived late he answered our call and was so friendly. Every time we reached out to him via text he responded quickly. Even before our trip began he responded quickly while we were working out some medical needs for one in our party. He is an outstanding and friendly person. The house was clean. Parking was great. Security was excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Checkout was easy. I look forward to staying there again the next time we are visiting family. I highly recommend this location and this host!

This is a roofing company that booked for 5 guests and then added 2 more without notifying us. They moved a bed from one room into the living room and then left it for us to move back. An extra charge for the extra guests was apparently not what they desired.
