Mid century modern desert retreat situated steps away from the world-renowned Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open and short walking distance from Coachella & Stagecoach shuttle stop!

This clean and gorgeous 3/2 features wall of glass overlooking expansive grassy compound with communal pool, volleyball, basketball, and bocce. Relax by the gorgeous seasonally heated pool or on our private patio with outdoor dining. Property is adjacent to award-winning tennis and golf, and minutes away from world-class spas, restaurants, and shopping plus all Coachella Valley attractions and outdoor adventures. The pool is heated seasonally so please inquire as to status.

Amenities include fully outfitted kitchen with brand new appliances, flat screen Smart TVs, cable + Netflix, clothing iron, hair dryers, clothes washer/dryer, pack n play travel crib, high chair.

Sleeps maximum of six (6) adults. Additional children under six (6) years of age are permitted beyond the six adult limit.

Great place in the Sun

Our house was clean, and well equipped. The pool area is shared, but in one week, I was the only one using the pool area. Fantastic.

Lovely Family Friendly Getaway

We do loved staying at Fernando & Jocelyn’s property...so easy to check in, located in a sweet little “pod” where our friends also have a home. And while it was PACKED with Spring Breakers in the towns, our pod had only the sweetest neighbors, children and mellow vibe. Our 3 children swam all day, played in the grass, picked grapefruits and relaxed in the AC in our house. Perfect set up for a family of 5...thank you again! We shall definitely be back.

Location to Indian Wells tennis was excellent. On busy Miles St with some traffic noise that we noticed at night. No window coverings in the living area so neighbors could see in from the back community area where the pool was. Had only a long sofa and one arm chair and 2 plastic like chairs that were not comfortable in the living area. Could have used another sofa that faced the TV. Kitchen had a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, pod coffee maker, lots of utensils and dishes and pans. Master bedroom had the bathroom with shower and small TV. Other bedroom had 2 twin beds in a roomy area and a king bed in the 3rd bedroom (no TV). 2nd bathroom had a tub. Hot water was always available! 4 adults stayed 4 nights so it was fine for us. Thank you!

perfect location near IWTG

Nicely remodeled mid-century house in a fantastic location if you are going to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Nice patio for BBQ and pretty grounds. Good for family or friends to hang out and enjoy the area.

Pristine and well-equipped stay in quiet neighborhood

A friend and I had a lovely stay at this property for a long weekend. Spotlessly clean, seamless access to fast wifi, beautiful kitchen and everything fully functional. Problem with a toilet was addressed in a very timely fashion. Wonderful stay. We would both stay there again, maybe when it's warm enough to use the pool!

Nice Spot

Clean, up to date premises, very livable and well positioned to golf, tennis, stores etc. Grounds are very well kept and quiet as is neighborhood. Ownership is very responsive if needed. We would not hesitate to rent in the future.

The owners where great to communicate with and we had everything they said was available in the property. Recommend this rental for anyone looking to be close to golf, tennis and hiking all very near by.

Roomy, comfortable home in a quiet community

Booked three nights at Fernando's property and enjoyed our stay. We came into town for the Ironman competition and it was a super convenient location to walk to the event area at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, right on the run course. The house itself is tastefully decorated in the popular mid-century modern design common for the area and had everything we needed for a long weekend get-away -- nice kitchen with huge center island for food prep, Sony TV and Blu-ray player for access to listen to streaming music via YouTube, Nest thermostat, plenty of fresh linens and towels and a convenient washer/dryer in the carport. Even though there are homes nearby, it is very private and quiet from a neighbor perspective. A bit of road noise from Miles Avenue, but that didn't bother us. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed a late winter afternoon soaking up the sunshine out by the community pool, steps away from the back patio. Fernando has priced this property well and it is a great value for what you get -- don't know why anyone would want to stay at a hotel/resort when you can get a full 3 bedroom/2 bath house for a fraction of the cost of a hotel room. We don't have kids, but the property was set up for families with small children, with plastic diningware, a high chair and pack n play in one of the bedroom closets. Seems like a great place for families or couples who just want some peace and quiet. Communication with the owner was smooth and helpful. He even sent us the city notice for road closures because of the Ironman event, ahead of time for our preparation. Thank you, Fernando, for offering your property.
