This apartment was amazing! Our host, Rainer Romero was excellent. Very communicative. Any problems, he fixed immediately. There were some issues that were beyond anyone's control. We lost water the last 24 hours due to a worker hitting a water pipe. The entire area lost electricity for a few hours one day, but no big deal as that is a normal occurrence in RD. The kitchen light went out, but Rainer came and fixed it. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and pool area was clean. They have onsite workers that provide landscaping. 24/7 in-person security to let people in and out of the apartment complex. Kitchen was well equipped. I would've liked to have more bath towels, but that's not a big deal. The water is not safe to drink anywhere in RD, but this water had a brownish tint to it. I noticed when we showered and used the white towels to dry off. I washed those towels several times in the washing machine with arm and hammer detergent sheets i brought from home and they slowly became tinted apricot/tan. Overall our stay was excellent and i would rent this exact same unit again.
