This level offers three bedrooms, a newly remodeled bathroom, and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Historic character blends with modern updates, creating an easy, relaxed space ideal for families or small groups.
Guests especially love the large landscaped backyard — a rare find this close to campus. Enjoy morning coffee outdoors, evening conversations under the trees, and frequent wildlife sightings.
