This Old Frat House - McLeod Floor

The McLeod Floor is the private first floor of This Old Frat House, a restored 1936 Craftsman located across from the University of Montana in Missoula’s historic University District.

This level offers three bedrooms, a newly remodeled bathroom, and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Historic character blends with modern updates, creating an easy, relaxed space ideal for families or small groups.

Guests especially love the large landscaped backyard — a rare find this close to campus. Enjoy morning coffee outdoors, evening conversations under the trees, and frequent wildlife sightings.

Walk to campus, neighborhood trails, Mount Sentinel (“the M”), and river access, while enjoying a peaceful residential setting.

A comfortable, social, and outdoor-friendly stay — close to everything, with room to gather.
