Welcome to Shore to Please, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat nestled in the exclusive gated Lakeside community of Inlet Beach, FL.
LOCATION:
Perfectly positioned just 0.6 miles from Wall Street Beach Access and within a mile of boutique shops and restaurants at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach. This newly constructed home offers a blend of coastal elegance and modern comfort, ideal for families or groups seeking a serene yet vibrant beach getaway.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Sleeps Up to 10: Spacious accommodations with four beautifully appointed bedrooms (three upstairs, owner suite downstairs) each featuring king beds, ceiling fans, ample storage, and TVs.
All-new outdoor area: New as of Summer 2025, the back yard has been completely transformed into an outdoor paradise. The area includes a covered back porch with al fresco dining for up to six, a brand-new optionally heated* pool with sun deck and in pool seating, a premium built-in gas grill, a drinks fridge, an ice maker, a turfed area with corn hole and other outdoor games, and a covered lanai with a space heater and a huge 85" TV.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a large kitchen island, and a breakfast bar, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.
Prime Location: Enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy of a wooded private community, while also being less than a mile to the beach and minutes from the vibrant dining and shopping of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and 30Avenue.
Amenities: The home is steps away from the large, renovated communal pool. The community also provide access to a brand-new dock overlooking Powell Lake. The home itself comes with a full-size washer and dryer, dual coffee maker, beach gear including umbrellas, chairs, toys and coolers, and four premium beach cruisers. To enhance your stay, we also provide a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest essentials, including:

🐶 No Pets: This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
🚫 No Smoking: The home is strictly non-smoking. Violations will result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees, with the guest responsible for any damages.
🚧 Construction Notice: Like many 30A communities, the area is actively growing, and construction noise may be present during your stay. By booking this property, you acknowledge that no discounts or refunds will be issued due to construction activity.
