Perfect location for easy access to the Square. Walk to the beach was short as well. Private pool was nice. Plenty of parking.

Good location but the kitchen is not well stocked. Management was quick to respond when the coffee carafe was broken. Light in the vanity upstairs was out, they came to fix it right away. Kitchen utensils are very worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen layout is awkward

Large multi bed loft bunk and three additional rooms offer plenty of sleeping space. Quiet street but easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Only negative was home and furnishing showing signs of wear and pool was not able to be heated. Consistent, timely information from rental agency made a smooth stay. Been visiting area for years, and once again, one of my favorite houses in Rosemary Beach.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to 30A a couple of times, but never stayed in Rosemary Beach, it was perfect for our family, as our children are ages 20, 25, and 28. this property was the perfect location, steps from the square and easy to get to the beach. The house is really fun, clean and well stocked. the second floor shared bath is a little bit odd, would be tough for 2 couples to share, but not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend this home and the service we received from the rental company was wonderful!

The house needs some basic updates due to it’s age. Bathroom fixtures and kitchen fixtures need replacement.
