This home is energy efficient with solar panels, new windows, heating/cooling system, Tesla charging station, all new appliances including Bespoke induction range/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additional appliances include beverage center, drawer convection microwave, air fryer, pizza oven, and propane grill.

The home is fully furnished, with plentiful bedding and linens for 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. There are 4 inspiring view patios to choose from: dining patio for 6 with red rock views; living room patio featuring red rock views and oversized furniture for spacious seating; back patio includes sectional sofa seating and views vegetation rich mesas and Castle Rock; the primary bedroom patio has red rock views and provides private stargazing. Take advantage of our Dark Sky rating and enjoy an abundance of constellations from the two-person hot tub in the backyard.
Parking is in one bay of the garage, or on the large concrete pad outside the garage, as well as on the driveway. One bay of the garage is dedicated to a fitness area that includes: massage chair, treadmill, free weights, mat covered floor, TV, and many fitness accessories.
