Rene rom, bra innhold, stort og godt oppvarmet basseng. Negativt at det bare var to solsenger. Fin og ny brygge for opphold og soling. Merkelig merknad om at håndklær ikke kunne tørkes i solen og heller ikke tas med ut av huset om vi skulle reist på stranden.

Relaxing in paradise

This stay was absolute perfection. I will say the interior is definitely outdated but when you come to Florida, you come for everything that is waiting for you outside. And this place did not disappoint. The location, the view, access to the water with kayaks, the putting green…..it was all true perfection! The pool and hot tub was icing on the cake. The owners did a fantastic job with the new decking and table right on the water with the tiki covering. We were also lucky enough to be witness to the CUTEST family of burrowing owls just 5 houses down. We visited with them everyday to say hello. Their fuzzy heads were just too much. The house is at the end of the cul de sac so it’s super quiet. Would 100% stay here again!

Babies first trip !

We took our 7 month old son for a 3 week getaway to Bonita breeze . The property is exactly as listed and very functional. There are basic infant items that are enough to get you through if travelling with small children. Layout is excellent and comfortable, kitchen is reasonably appointed for simple meals, bathrooms all appointed well. Pool area is excellent but should be noted does not experience sun save for 1-5 pm and only a 1 foot band of sunlight. This was the only disappointing aspect of the listing as the pool area is always shaded and therefore a bit chilly in January and means any pool heating is done via the pool heater with no assistance from the sun. The tiki area and dock deck do certainly get good sun during the day. The kayaks and bikes were an added fun bonus as well as some friendly putting competitions. We truly enjoyed our stay and the property is represented very well in the listing, you will surely enjoy your stay !

Awesome Bonita Breeze

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. The house easily accommodated the 4 of us. We were very excited about the amenities offered, especially the putting range, this was a big hit! We also enjoyed our kayak adventure around the canals, the pool, hot tub and the bikes. We opted not to rent a car and we used the bikes to ride to stores, which turned out to be lots of fun, allowing us to adventure into the different neighborhoods. We are already making plans to return to this home, hopefully for 3 weeks!

Family vacations

We had a wonderful time. The house Eva’s perfect for us and had everything we needed. Minor cleaning issues outside by the pool. We used the kayaks and the pool the most. The young adults loved the putting green. The location was great and lots of stores in the area.

Loved our visit!

We absolutely loved the rental. We have not seen the electric bill yet, if any, so we wull update you then. Our stay was so nice, the pool and hot tub were fantastic...best pool in any rental we've had! There were so many beach and pool supplies we were overwhelmed at the choices. The bikes are comfortable but need some brake work as we had to brake with our feet. A bit scary so we only rode them once for 15 minutes. Very quiet location. The only reason we gave 4 stars on communication with manager and check in is this: it was hard for us non tech people to navigate the app to communicate and with the manager in a meeting we couldnt hear back from her when we needed to. That being said part of the payment and check in chaos was a fraud alert on our card because of an out of town purchase that complicated things. Once the manager did get back to us she was quick to resolve things and was very nice and responsive to get us the access code by check in time. So to be fair..not all on them. Orher than that it was a very lovely visit. Just a tip...master bedroom can be quite warm as AC does not reach there as well from rest of house. We found if you keep the door open and put the fans on it will pull the cooler air back there! The beds are super comfortable and the closets are huge! We used the kayaks once which took a bit to get them down but once we learned it we appreciated the set up. All together very lovely, very accomodating with supplies, spices, etc. Thanks management !

it was a terrific stay. I would suggest visiting with the cleaning staff. the property had some cleaning issues. the carpet in the main bedroom closet was not vacuumed. there was dirt under rugs and there was wrapping paper and dirt under the TV stand in living room.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht. Es befindet sich in einer tollen, ruhigen Lage in einer gepflegten Wohngegend in Cape Coral. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Pool und einen schön gestalteten Garten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an "Zuhause" gefühlt. Für Familien ist dieses Haus der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um interessante Ausflüge durchzuführen, um dann wieder hierher heimzukommen. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir auch die sehr nette Hausverwaltung weiter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zurückkehren.

Since we are staying in your home rather than a hotel, it would be nice, and quite inexpensive for you, to provide all the amenities expected in a hotel for the whole stay. I was surprised to see that renters would need to purchase things like toilet paper and dishwashing soap if they were to stay a whole week. Also, convenient to have had small shampoos and conditioners available. The limited conversations I had with Vanessa and also a male, were all very positive and both friendly and professional. I certainly appreciated their willingness to let us stay for 3 day’s.

I have worked in a hotel all my life which means we always take our holidays at hotels. Having worked for Hilton for the last 17 years have been able to use some very nice hotels with my Employee Benefit. This year we decided to go “Outside of the box”. My daughter became engaged in November so this made it even more special to be at Bonita Breeze with her and our future son in law. Staying in a home for our annual Florida trip was a wonderful experience and will be very memorable. We really meant to stop into the office to meet Eva but just didn’t make it. Thank you again Eva was who we communicated with the most but was always prompt with answered. Stefan was very pleasant on welcome walk through and departure, although we surprised him upon departure. Don’t believe he was aware that Vanessa kindly provided us with a late departure. Also thank you to Eva and Vanessa with allowing an early check in.
