Glad you had a nice stay. The East side of GNP is a trek but the Going to the Sun Road is gorgeous. The West entrance is only 45 minutes from the condo.

The upstairs bedroom has two extra long twins that combine into a king bed. Bed instructions are sent to each guest and are included in the notebook at the condo but some people don't read them or ask. The foldout bed mentioned is a double on the loft but isn't a simple fold out. It is a slide out that then requires an extra cushion to be added to make a full size bed. It's somewhat small (double bed) and not ideal for couples like the king bed but at times couples do use it. Instructions were sent and no one contacted us with any questions, but I suspect no one realized the upstairs daybed and trundle converted into a king. Sorry for the issue, but we often have one couple upstairs on the king bed and a second couple downstairs on the queen. On top of that there is a set of twin bunks in the upstairs room with the king and the full size (double ) slide out futon on the loft.

Meagan, I'm sorry you didn't understand how to properly set up the bed The futon is a double. I send instructions with every reservation. The futon pulls out and there is a cushion in the closet nest to the futon that is added to make the bed a full 72" long. I personally have many guests use it who are 6'+ former division I football players. The bedding in the ottoman is also for a full size mattress. Not all futons are the type you assumed this one was. I would have been happy to walk you through it over the phone. Sorry but I was unaware that you didn't know how to set up the bed. Besides emailing instructions on how to set up the beds there is a copy in the notebook downstairs. Also.in my policies it notes that I only allow a maximum of 6 adults. I only allow 8 guests if at least 2 are children. Despite what you assumed there are places to sleep 8. The futon is 72" long and a double, downstairs is a queen and upstairs are 2 twins and 2 twin XL beds which can be put together as a king.

This was the first I heard about these issues. Obviously, there was a breakdown with housekeeping we will need to address. If I had known there was an issue we would have sent someone to take care of it immediately.
